I have purchased 7 or 8 of the outdoor Govee lights prior to getting these. I really like the software, the brightness and the colors. That said, I always thought that they would blend into the flowerbed better if they were round. These outdoor spot lights bring all the goodness of the original, plus they have a round metal frame. They lookk amazing and much more professional than there older style. I purchased three sets already and will likely buy another 3 before I am done. I highly recommend!

So I purchased 3 (4 Packs) of the outdoor spotlights. 1 last year and 2 a couple months ago. Looks like the Adapter and Control box (All one unit) have gone bad. I called them to ask about replacements, warranty or otherwise. Even offered to just pay for new ones to avoid the red tape of their warranty procedures. They said they wouldn't SELL me the part! COME ON

I own many govee products inside and outside and love them. However I have bought two different sets of the 4pack govee spotlights to use in landscape and both begin to short out causing unwanted flashing and unwanted color changing after 2 weeks even used waterproof enclosure for plug and controller. I hesitate to try a 3rd set but would love to be able to use them. Maybe an improved product in the future. Very disappointed in this one product.

Absolutely horrible, lasted 8 months contoller went bad, called support . Got nowhere with that. Note to everyone Govee does not sell replacement parts for lights ! Not the power not the controller. They expect you to purchase another complete set of lights rather that just a replacement part. That after you do a custom install on your home!!!

Fun, gorgeous, crazy beautiful and easy as heck to set up! I bought three 2 Packs but have decided to pick up more because they are so awesome! The only thing I want to say is “YO! Why did it take you guys so long to get these spot lights to the market?!" And….I'm so happy!!! Get thes spots! You're gonna have some fun!

I was unsure about purchasing these lights — concerned that they would be complicated to manage, that the lights themselves would not be the warm glow I was accustomed to from non-LED lights, that they would look fake or too high-tech. Boy, was I wrong! App was easy to use, lights are gorgeous and warm, super painless to put up — I am using the Christmas lights outside, wrapped in pine garlands. I used to have to run outside and unplug/plug my old lights every morning and evening, and now I just open my phone. Love them!

I have tried twice to ask if these lights can have a more narrow beam. The advertisement said they were spotlights. Answer did not address the question.

Govee lights seem to be good quality. IF you can find a 'package' that works for you, they are a good buy. Only time will tell about their longevity.

For spotlights these shine way further than I expected. Great brightness. Wish the dynamic scenes were slower. The slowest diy speed setting also is a bit too fast. Other than that 10/10 recommend.

The lights are very good quality and work great. The app is a little difficult to use. The one thing that could be better is the brightness. It is fine for indoor use, but not quite bright enough for outdoor holiday use
