I have regularly bought these for years now and all of a sudden I can't find them!! PLEASE do not discontinue! These are perfect for guests and everyday use. Quality, look, design... wonderful! So hygienic especially during these days of do much health concerns and frequent washing! Please please please continue to sell this wonderful product!!!!!!

Love this product to have in bathrooms so guests have a fresh towel to use.  Not sure why you changed the box design, but they're not elegant or attractive to leave out.  The original ones in the softer grey or tan tones look nice in bathrooms.  The current ones in bright pink, cherries, etc. look awful.  Please go back to subtle nice looking boxes.

I was so disappointed when I shopped for Kleenex hand towels that I have been using since I found them in the store a year or so ago. The new towels are one inch shorter, the boxes have too much fru-fru on them, there are only 55 towels while there were 60 towels in the old boxes and they are such poor quality they tear before you can possibly dry your hands. I just bought four boxes of the "new" towels because I didn't realize they had changed until I got home and compared them to the boxes that I had. This will be my last purchase of Kleenex towels. I loved the plain white and gray boxes and the old towels but not the new ones.

Your team should have done proper research prior to changing the box design. The new design is absolutely hideous and does not look good in anyone's home, let alone a bathroom.  I'm an interior designer, I am offer my services for free and will help you design boxes that are on trend and worthy of display.

I am almost in tears that I cannot fine Kleenex pop ups anywhere local or on line. I would buy a case they are so wonderful! I'm a young 83 with a very large family. 4 children 9 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. No more sloppy wet towels to wash dry fold put away. To me these towels are a lifesaver and I mean that literally with this virus hanging on so long it's not as hard getting the kids to wash their hands. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THEM BACK or let me know where I can find some.

We have in 3 bathrooms, the garage and my shed we try to keep 8- 10 in the linen closest at all times. We purchase 2-3 every store trip. Indispensable !! and we have been using for about 10 years. Some stores have them for a bit and then they don't, some stores stopped carrying after covid 19. For the last 3 weeks I have been going around town looking for them. We hope this is a temporary stoppage. I will be calling you tomorrow about this issue..

Perfect and convenient to just put out in the bathroom, multi use as well. Drying is 10/10, and material is super soft. Don't need a holder and fits perfectly in any space

Great value and these hand towels are sturdy and are effective at drying your hands. The box that holds the towels is beautiful and so many pretty patterns to choose from. Easy to use. Take one and the next one pops up

I got to try these Kleenex Hand towels and they're super handy. The dispenser works smoothly, the shears tear easily without ripping too much, and they're soft but durable. Perfect for quick clean-ups, and a great value for pack size.

These are my very favorite. Not only are they absorbent they are so soft. I use in my bathroom instead of a hand towel that you have to put in the wash. The package is always pretty also.
