I have been unable to find these hand towels. Please Kleenex make this product available. I have an 80 year old father that live in a different state that I buy the Kleenex hand towels for. He has been asking for them for months. It is the beginning of the fall season and with the COVID 19 virus we really need this product.

I purchased the hand towels several times and was happy with them. I then repurchased the towels only to find that they were smaller. In reviewing the package I realized they went from 9.1 inches to 8 inches. I was very disappointed and will now look for another brand of this type of product or go back to the paper towels. I was surprised and disappointed Kleenex brand which I felt I could trust would resort to this tactic. I will share my findings with friends and family I formerly recommended the towels.

This product does not work as advertised. The last third of the towels ( a lot of them, not just the last few) DO NOT feed out of the box. I bought a four pack and think it was a waste of money. Just get a roll of paper towels for 99 cents, it works better.

I buy these to cut down on germs,... but what's the point if 1/4 of the way down, the wipes no longer pop up? Shoving a hand down into the slot and fishing for a towel defeats the purpose. There must be a better way. New packaging is going to be required in this case.

Love these towels. They are easy to use and much more sanity than all using the same hand towel. My guests especially love them and have started buying them. My concern is that both of my go to stores as well as your web site do not have them. Please tell me that it's a supply chain issue and not that you have discontinued them.

I have been using these since they first came out and the towel was larger but then they changed the size and since then it is difficult to get them to pop up out of the box. What good is it is you can't use it. Many of my guests have said the same thing. maybe I got a bad lot of towels? I bought the last boxes at BJ's and the new boxes at Wegmans. I will not be purchasing these again until I know they will all come out of the box. It seems the last 20 towels you have to dig into the box to get them out WHY?

My rating is 100% about the new box designs and colors. The new boxes are hideous - all of them. They don't match anything in the house (and actually make rooms look bad). The previous designs and colors were wonderful. I still have one of those boxes, so I took towels from the new box and put them into the old box, which wasn't easy. After these run out, I'm going back to using a roll of paper towels instead. No idea how all of the new designs are bad, and how no one in the company noticed this beforehand. Mind-boggling.

This product is so useful, not only as a hand towel, but for other things too when paper towels may not be suitable. For instance, I use them to remove make-up using a face cream (in my case vegetable shortening.....yes, really); I also use them to wipe down the dog when he comes in from the rain; and they make great napkins as well. I use them for scrubbing the tub and shower, and applying furniture polish. Also for polishing silver. They are so sturdy and durable, yet soft feeling. I highly recommend them for many uses. The only thing I don't care for is the fact that you need to turn the box upside down over a towel rack for proper dispensing, otherwise if you use it upright, about half way through, they no longer pop up and you have to reach down inside or rip open the box to retrieve the rest of them. Great product though.

I loved your product before even though the tissues in the bottom of the box did not fluff out. The hand towels have changed however. It is not the same quality, size, and softness. The new box design is not appealing at all. Yes, I will still buy your product, but I am throwing out the box.

I love these Kleenex Hand Towels, but would love a larger box. These are soft and absorbent and help reduce the spread of germs. I always have them during flu season and always when we have company. Some summer months I go back to hand towels, but it isn't very often. I ordered a larger box online, but they were not the same towel. They more industrial, hard and crunchy. If you have these in bulk, I would love to know where I can purchase them! Thanks!
