The boxes have become cheaper made. Kleenex keeps telling customers the product has not been altered. I have been purchasing this product since day one. The product has indeed been altered. I used to take wipes and use on my Swiffer to clean window over kitchen sink because I can't reach and they were thick and large enough to cover the Swiffer and did a beautiful job. They don't fit the same way anymore. But even as hand wipes which is their primary use, they used to be plush, more absorbent and much larger when they were introduced than they are today. I wouldn't have said anything but the customers are not wrong and are not lying. If nothing has been altered, then why are the towels different? BTW, the product was close to perfect when it was introduced. It's not anymore.

I have been unable to find these hand towels. Please Kleenex make this product available. I have an 80 year old father that live in a different state that I buy the Kleenex hand towels for. He has been asking for them for months. It is the beginning of the fall season and with the COVID 19 virus we really need this product.

I really like these Kleenex hand towels. They are soft but surprisingly strong, so they don't fall apart when your hands are wet. They absorb moisture quickly and feel much cleaner and more hygienic than using a shared cloth towel. The box design looks nice on the counter and dispenses smoothly one sheet at a time. They're great for the kitchen, bathroom, or when guests are over. Overall, they perform well and are very convenient for everyday use.

I have been purchasing these hand towels forever, it seem! They are the best! Love them in my bathroom to have out for guests as well as family. Each one is clean and germ free unlike the towels sitting on the towel rack. I have run out and have hunted everywhere. Please do not tell me that you have discontinued them! We NEED them especially now with this pandemic with everyone washing their hands every 20 seconds!

I haven't been able to find these in any store in a month. Now I know why. You're changing the design? This is a huge mistake. If the box doesn't go back to fit in behind the towel bar in the bathroom, there's no use for it. Please please listen to the other reviewers. Put the angled box design back to what it was. VERY disappointed; especially during a pandemic where we need non-contact paper towels!

I bought these with high hopes. The towels are fine, but the box sucks. Unless you hold it down, the box flops around while you are pulling them out. They are impossible to use without using both hands. If you are handicapped, forget it, they are useless.

I loved your product before even though the tissues in the bottom of the box did not fluff out. The hand towels have changed however. It is not the same quality, size, and softness. The new box design is not appealing at all. Yes, I will still buy your product, but I am throwing out the box.

I've bought these hand towels for several years and continued to get disappointed with changes of box designs. The latest designs are terrible and clash with bathroom colors and design. Please go back to a variety of solid, soft colors like white, taupe, gray, and aqua/green.

When I first saw this product, I thought "what a good idea for guests to use". But I have not bought them to use for this propose because of my fear that guests will try to flush the used towels rather then tossing them in the trash, Our hose was built around 1920 and it does not take much to challenge our sewer system. SUGGESTION: I would like to see a prominent "WARNING: DO NOT FLUSH" label added to the box. I do have one box in the house though for use if one of us gets sick and could use them to reduce germ transfer via regular towels.

I love those! Anytime I have a party, I buy these because it adds a pop of color to the bathroom, but feel clean in my hands. I'd love to post a o tee of them, but they were so soft that my guests used them all! They not only worked to dry hands, but they held up to bigger messes as well!
