Quality of package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the hand towels since they came on market. Didn't mind spending more $ than paper towels etc. We have seen over the past 6 months towels ripping trying to remove from dispenser. I thought it was when my husband opened, no. We hang on our towel bar as we always have. No we have to re'think our costs as we are wasting half the box. Please review your quality control as something has changed.

Great idea but...

Like them for being far more sanitary than using the fabric hand towels, but the boxes they come in are ugly. Research current color trends in bathrooms and design new boxes. I pull them out of your boxes and put them in a basket because the boxes are so unattractive can
