This mattress topper has completely transformed my bed into a softer, much more comfortable version. My mattress is pretty firm, so I jumped at the opportunity to try this. I actually jumped so fast that I didn't notice this was a queen size until after I claimed it—my bed is a king.🤦‍♀️😆 I was still able to get it on my bed and barely noticed it was the wrong size. There's a small gap at the foot of my bed in my picture, this is the reason. When I was reading other reviews on this mattress topper, I noticed people complaining about the smell. Personally, I haven't noticed any foul smell since I opened it. Installation was a breeze. It comes in two pieces—the memory foam pad and the pillow top mattress topper. I took the thick (but not too heavy) memory foam pad out of the shipping box, unrolled it onto my bed, stretched the pillow topper over the pad like a fitted sheet, then I made my bed. I love this mattress topper and I would definitely recommend it!

I’ve been very impressed with this Serta cool relief gel memory foam mattress topper. The Thickness is perfect at 4 inches, adding a plush feel without being too soft. The firmness provides great support while still feeling comfortable. It does a great job reducing motion, so I don’t notice movement from my partner during the night, the cooling gel helps keep the bed comfortable, and the overall comfort has. Noticeably improved my sleep. The design fits my queen mattress well and stays securely in place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their mattress without buying a new one.

This comes in 2 separate pieces. The blue foam and the cover. It goes together easily. Doesn't slide around. Its pretty firm to sit on and it is harder to roll around on but not as bad as some. The topper should make it easy to wash unlike ones that are a solid piece and weigh 50lbs.

I only received the pillow and not the mattress topper but i absolutely love the firmness of this pillow. It's not too firm but it's not flimsy either. For me it's more of a medium to firm feeling. It has a decent weight to it but not heavy. I had no problem with my neck/back. I slept pretty comfortable can't complain. It's so easy to take the pillow out and wash the case (washes great with no problem). The only thing I did not like about it was the smell when I took it out of the box. It had a strong chemical smell. Had to leave it out for a few days so the smell could fade away and I could start using it even after washing the case.

I was genuinely so excited to be selected for this mattress topper. My husband has been undergoing cancer treatment, and with all of the expenses that come along with that, things like upgrading our bedding have understandably fallen pretty far down the priority list. We’d actually been wanting a pillow-top mattress topper for quite a while, but it was one of those little luxuries we simply couldn’t justify splurging on right now. Being selected to receive one felt like such an unexpectedly lovely treat during a difficult season. Unfortunately, what arrived was a Serta pillow—not the mattress topper I was assigned to review. I reported the incorrect item on July 11 and was initially assured that the situation would be corrected and that I would not be penalized for the resulting delay. Nearly two months later, I still have not received the mattress topper or any meaningful update despite repeatedly contacting customer support. I am now marked overdue for a review of a product I was never sent and have been informed that I WILL be dismissed from the program for failing to meet my review requirements. That makes an already disappointing situation considerably more frustrating. I would have genuinely loved to review this product—in fact, I was probably more excited about this particular item than most. I simply cannot honestly review something I never received. 1 star—not as a review of the mattress topper itself, which I cannot fairly evaluate, but for my experience surrounding this order and the lack of resolution.

I’ve been using this pillow and it’s honestly been a total game-changer for my sleep. Before switching, I used to wake up tossing, turning and dealing with constantly neck stiffness. This pillow changed that completely- the gel memory foam gives just the right amount of support to keep my neck aligned, and the cooling effort actually works, so I’m not constantly flipping it over to find the cold side. I’m finally waking up feeling rested and sore-free. I highly recommended this pillow.

We quite like this one. Only complaint is its a bit *too* squishy, maybe needs a bit more support. Setup Was easy, although the included sheet seemed a bit short to fit over a regular mattress.

The feel and sturdiness of the foam makes this a great pillow. We were hesitant thinking the foam would be too firm. It doesn't have much a bounce if you press with your hand as in my photo. After a few weeks of sleeping, it still feels new. Keeps my head cool and comfy. It does stay cool and if your room is cool, the pillow retains it as well. Zipper liner for easy washing.

This memory foam topper is very nice, and the setup was easy. Compared to other brands that I have used, I feel like Serta makes a better, quality brand. It fits my son's queen size bed perfectly, and the cooling surface will be nice on hot summer nights. The mattress cover is also very nice. It is pillow top and very well made. It is also machine washable. It is very comfortable to lay on. I will have to get some new sets of sheets as the ones I currently have don't have deep enough pockets to fit over the mattress and topper.

Nice 3 inch gel memory foam pad topped with a nicely quilted thick mattress cover. VERY DEEP CORNER POCKETS FOR DEEP MATRESSES. Your body sinks into the cooling mattress pad as it contours to your body. Very comforting and relaxing if you enjoy a memory foam mattress pad you are sure to enjoy this one! Great value of getting both a nice gel cooling pad and a quilted mattress cover too!
