The mattress arrived in the afternoon in completely vacuum sealed packaging. We opened the seal and were sleeping on the mattress that same night. The firmness is perfect for my wife with chronic pain. It wasn't long before we knew we found a great mattress. I can finally sleep!!! Best mattress I've owned ever. I have not had this good of sleep in years. I got the Plush mattress and it incrediably comfortable. Only complaint I have is that it is so comfortable that I don't want to get out of bed and now I'm going to have to find an excuse for my boss as to why I'm late for work.
