I like that it's made of healthy ingredients and it's kid approved. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

The consistency is kind of thick, which is great for serving from the package. The cap goes back on so you don't have to worry about finishing it in one feeding. I sneaked a taste first, I give it a thumbs up; my baby enjoyed this too lol! I found this in the baby food area in the baby section of Target.

It smelled delicious and the consistency was perfect for them, whom just started eating solid foods. I loved all the added nutrients for brain health. I myself just added choline to my daily vitamins / supplements. I would love to see some more vegetable focused varieties added.

The idea of the MFGM was not very appetizing for me as an adult.
