Salav’s Duopress Steamer and Iron is small but mighty. It heats up quickly, and steams and irons well. I love it.

It’s nice that it comes with a heat resistant rest so that you can still put it down while steaming. The buttons don’t feel like the greatest quality, and it sounds like there’s a motor that’s working hard while you steam, so I’m not sure how long this will last. I haven’t tried ironing, but the steaming feature does a good job of getting wrinkles out, and the cord is a good length.

I was recently given this ultra-stylish, dual-function iron and steamer that combines a vintage design with modern functionality. This luxurious iron looks like it came out of a 1950's laundry room, but has the tech of 2025! I love that this device combines both iron and steam functions in one unit. The steam setting is perfect for quickly refreshing clothes. It heats up quickly, and the steam output is strong enough to smooth out wrinkles. The iron function works great, just as expected. Overall, the Salav's Retro Edition Duopress Steamer and Iron delivers on both style and functionality. If you love the look of vintage appliances you certainly need to pick one of these up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I opened the box, I was in love! I know, who gets excited over a clothes iron, right? This iron has a very steampunk esk look to it. I love that it has the steam function. Using that always seems to put a better press to the fabric. You can also use this iron to steam your curtains while they ate still hanging. No more wrinkly curtains! This would also be good for dresses that can't be pressed. Just use tje steam.

Overall it was easy to set up and use straight out of the packaging. The settings and buttons are pretty intuitive and easy to use. I used both with and without steam depending on the garment and both settings performed nicely without issues. The size is easy to navigate on clothes and light

The base for the iron to sit on was great. The iron was heavy to hold up while steaming and was pretty loud as a steamer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking into this sort of ironing mechanism because I wanted to repair a pair of favorite jeans. Luckily I found this to be very helpful. It helped me iron on a few patches that I liked. It steams clothing easily. Adding distilled water is recommended and that's fine with me. The iron comes with its own little stand which I was surprise but grateful for. Overall I liked this little piece very much. It's been years since I've had an iron. Now I can get the wrinkles out of everything I need to without having to worry about it working or not. It works like a charm. It looks very cool to me too. Highly recommend to buy it!
