Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your GE Appliances 2-slice toaster. We are happy to hear that the toaster is bigger than you expected and performs great. Thank you for your review and for trusting our brand for your home! -Devin@GEAppliances

Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us, though we hate to hear you dislike the look of the toaster and have had trouble with uneven toasting; we know issues like those may be inconvenient. This model’s heating elements are designed to deliver even and consistent toasting, so our Design team will certainly be informed of your concerns for future review and development. We value your feedback, as we always want to ensure we’re aware of any potential areas of concern as well as what our consumers think of our models. Our manual does have a troubleshooting section on page 5, as well as information on your limited warranty if you think you may need to take advantage of it, on page 7: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-9000001-2.pdf . We hope this information helps, and are happy to assist with any other questions or concerns you may have. -Sarah@GEA
