Hi there - We're glad to know that you like the look of this beautiful toaster, though we are certainly sorry that it is inconsistently toasting your bread. This would be frustrating and we can understand your disappointment. We suggest making sure to check that the "Frozen" button is not selected. If that is not the case and selecting a higher setting does not work, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty to make a claim.
