Have only used it a few weeks, but it seems mis-balanced, the lower part browns faster than the upper part. Other than that, it works

The frozen button is an important feature to have. I also like the wide slots for larger breads such as bagels or rolls.

Like the looks and the operation of this toaster. The dial takes a few times to get things like you want them.

I love it, easy to use, setting are great, and I really like the frozen setting, work great for my frozen waffles.
