Toasts bread evenly and consistently, whether it the first slice or the fifth slice. Love it!

It toasted unevenly more on one side. Light in the middle on one side.

The handle doesn't always pop all the way up as it is supposed to

Good quality , and also is wide so my bagel doesn’t get stuck

After trying many different toasters, I finally found one that works like it’s supposed to. The different settings are just right and it feels sturdier in all aspects.

Better than most junk coming out of China these days but not as good as another brand purchased in late 1990s. Evenness of toasting on both sides not as good as I want.

Takes a long time to toast bread & one side of bread is @ 1/2 as dark as the other side. Smooth & quiet operation. Larger than I’d like but it’s ok. Not a good value in my opinion.

We love our new toaster; the only reason we gave it four stars is that the first "heat or toasting" time takes longer than expected. Otherwise, it works great and looks great in our kitchen.

Toaster looks nice. Toasts only one side of the bread regardless of slot being used. Why can't anyone design a toaster that will toast evenly both sides of the toast? I have purchased three toasters now in search of this elusive goal.
