I’ve been very impressed with this Serta cool relief gel memory foam mattress topper. The Thickness is perfect at 4 inches, adding a plush feel without being too soft. The firmness provides great support while still feeling comfortable. It does a great job reducing motion, so I don’t notice movement from my partner during the night, the cooling gel helps keep the bed comfortable, and the overall comfort has. Noticeably improved my sleep. The design fits my queen mattress well and stays securely in place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their mattress without buying a new one.

This is a wonderful pillow! I love anything cooling! Before this, I would use two pillows at least to sleep on and this pillow is all I need. It gives great neck support without being too firm. There was no weird chemical smell. It has been perfect from night one! Highly recommend!

I wasn't expecung to love this pillow as much as I do! It's soft but still supportive, so my head and neck feel comfortable all night without it going flat. It has held its shape really well after several nights of use, and l wake up without the stiffness I sometimes get from other pillows. The quality is great for the price, and it's been a nice upgrade to my bed. I'd definitely buy another one and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive pillow.

This pillow is a super large with extra comfort. Material is non itchy white fabric which is removable and washable. The pillow had a cooling effect and noise less. It’s a good to have in pair as only 2 can cover entire bed. It’s a definite recommend to a friend.

The feel and sturdiness of the foam makes this a great pillow. We were hesitant thinking the foam would be too firm. It doesn't have much a bounce if you press with your hand as in my photo. After a few weeks of sleeping, it still feels new. Keeps my head cool and comfy. It does stay cool and if your room is cool, the pillow retains it as well. Zipper liner for easy washing.

This memory foam topper is very nice, and the setup was easy. Compared to other brands that I have used, I feel like Serta makes a better, quality brand. It fits my son's queen size bed perfectly, and the cooling surface will be nice on hot summer nights. The mattress cover is also very nice. It is pillow top and very well made. It is also machine washable. It is very comfortable to lay on. I will have to get some new sets of sheets as the ones I currently have don't have deep enough pockets to fit over the mattress and topper.

Cooling Gel Memory foam is great for a hot sleeper! I love that it’s cool even after placing the sheets on top. It’s very soft and forms right to my head. It’s not too thick and doesn’t go completely flat either it does a nice job of keeping its form without being extremely heavy and firm like others I’ve tried. I like how light weight it is for the size. I will be buying more.

The Serta Cool Relief 4-inch Pillow Top & Gel Memory Foam is a gem! The material is sturdy but not so firm that you feel like you're now sleeping on cardboard. The cloth cover gives the option to use it under or over your bedsheets. The durability is solid and I anticipate using the product for years to come. My only "problem" is that I can't stay in bed all day but it has improved rhe comfort of my bed and my sleep.

I only received the pillow and not the mattress topper but i absolutely love the firmness of this pillow. It's not too firm but it's not flimsy either. For me it's more of a medium to firm feeling. It has a decent weight to it but not heavy. I had no problem with my neck/back. I slept pretty comfortable can't complain. It's so easy to take the pillow out and wash the case (washes great with no problem). The only thing I did not like about it was the smell when I took it out of the box. It had a strong chemical smell. Had to leave it out for a few days so the smell could fade away and I could start using it even after washing the case.
