Hi, We're so sorry for any trouble you're having with your toaster and we're happy to provide guidance. If the toaster fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, there is a one-year warranty and we will either repair it or replace it with a new or remanufactured product, or refund the purchase price of the toaster.
