The toaster works great, and provides and even toast, even for bagels. We especially love the frozen setting, no cold spots when toasting a frozen bagel.

Solid look and feel, even toasting, only had for 1month so not sure about durability yet, It does take a while to toast but it could just be me needing to get used to it

This is one good looking toaster. We had purchased stainless steel appliances a couple of years ago. Adding the toaster pulls the whole kitchen together.

Bought the toaster, after many positive reviews and highly recommended. Also, to match GE appliances that come in the newly built homes in the development site; one floor 2 or 3 bedrooms model.

While I have not had this toaster for a long period of time, so far it has been a very nice toaster. Toasts bread to perfection, button are easy to use and the unit is sturdy.

This is the 3rd new toaster we have purchased and used in past two months, and the GE is by far the best, most reliable, simplest to use. What could be so complicated about a basic toaster?

The toaster browns the bread evenly. I like the bagel setting. It keeps the bac side of the bagel from getting burned. The frozen selection helps thaw the item before it toasts.

I like that the slots are wide, so a bagel fits and that there is the defrost feature. I have used the product now for about a month, and I have no issues

Left slot toasted inside of bread a lot more than the outside of bread which is barely toasted. The right slot more evenly toasted but inside still a little darker. My old kitchen aide worked much better until it died after several years of use.

The style is nice. The issue we have is it leaks crumbs on the counter. The sides do not get too hot but the top does get hot as mentioned in another review
