My granddaughter and I set up the Serta cool relief 4 inch pillow top and gel memory foam mattress topper, queen. After carefully opening the box, the instructions were very easy to understand (written in multiple languages). Carefully cutting the plastic the topper unrolled in a matter of seconds. After getting the cover, out of the second package, it easily went over the topper and under my mattress. It fit very well and is generous in size for deeper mattresses. Sleeping on it has been very comfortable and I'm finding myself not being as warm in the mornings as I usually am. The firmness seems to be just perfect. I would buy this again.

It doesn't provide a cold sensation but it has been cooler than other mattress toppers I've used. The topper was easy to set up and I was happy to find that it didn't have any odor like some new products these days. Because the topper increases the height of the bed, sheets with deeper pockets may be needed. I would highly recommend it.

I've had my share of mattress toppers in my life, and some are better than others. Many don't live up to the marketing. I'm pleased to say that this Serta Cool Relief topper lived up to the claim- I'm a hot sleeper, and this memory foam topper did in fact let me sleep cooler. The setup was simple: strip your existing mattress, spread out the topper, and then cover it with the *included* mattress cover. Yes, this comes with it's own mattress cover, perfectly sized to fit the increased height of your mattress/pad combo- a very nice bonus. The dimensions of the queen topper fit my queen mattress perfectly well. The memory foam can be a bit squishy, so it might take some adjusting to get used to, but in the end a good night's rest is a real success.

Nice memory foam mattress topper by Serta. I like that it also came with a protective mattress cover. The topper is very comfortable and gives my existing mattress an upgrade. The quality feels durable and I’ve been sleeping better at night

I am very happy with this mattress topper! It was easy to put on the bed and I could feel the difference as soon as I lay down. This mattress topper has completely transformed my bed into a softer, much more comfortable version. My mattress is pretty firm, so I jumped at the opportunity to try this. I actually jumped so fast that I didn't notice this was a queen size until after I claimed it—my bed is a king.🤦‍♀️😆 I was still able to get it on my bed and barely noticed it was the wrong size. There's a small gap at the foot of my bed in my picture, this is the reason. When I was reading other reviews on this mattress topper, I noticed people complaining about the smell. Personally, I haven't noticed any foul smell since I opened it. Installation was a breeze. It comes in two pieces—the memory foam pad and the pillow top mattress topper. I took the thick (but not too heavy) memory foam pad out of the shipping box, unrolled it onto my bed, stretched the pillow topper over the pad like a fitted sheet, then I made my bed. I love this mattress topper and I would definitely recommend it!

I added the Serta Cool Telief 4-inch pillow top and gel memory foam mattress topper to my mattress and am overall happy with it. It arrived packaged nicely with the mattress topper and cooling gel separately wrapped. It unrolled easily on to my queen mattress, it was actually a touch larger than the mattress which worked out in my favor. Once you put the cooling gel topper with the fitted sheet it was a nice fit. There was no odor which was a concern at first. Sometimes these items are accompanied with a strong odor, this had none. The thickness was good, four inches. I would say this is on a very softer side for memory foam, so if you like softer mattresses this is for you. I prefer a littler firmer and I found I melted into the mattress which can be nice when laying down, but not so nice when trying to get up. The cooling gel is very nice. I tend to run hot when I sleep and I found this is wonderful. So if you tend to run hot when laying down or sleeping this keeps things very comfortable. This holds its shape well and is easy to clean. I found after prolonged us the topper kept its shape pretty well and withstood some tossing and turning. Overall not a bad addition to my bed.

This product is firm but comfortable. I think it might just need a little time to break it in for complete comfort. It has added some height to my bed but nothing too crazy. I love the cover it comes with because it keeps it clean and add extra cushion to it.
