Its very convenient to be able to control everything from my phone so i cann chill the freezer or fridge before i get home to make everything a bit colder. Plenty of space and easily adjustable shelves. After first setup it will take a little bit for the water to get all the way through the lines, maybe two or three minutes you will have to hold the cup there. Make sure you dump the first 5 cups of water, i did it until it wasn't cloudy and just dumped them into a plant. I also dumped the first 2 ice batches. The door opening is very low profile and smooth, you can open either side and then close either side. Everything fits well in the fridge and the shelving is very adjustable to allow you to customize how you want it. Just make sure you level the fridge with the screw feet so that it doesn't slide on you and you can make the fridge flush with a wall or cabinaye and the side of the fridge can practically touch the wall and still open. The water is very clean and fresh and dispenses a full cup in about 20 seconds. Being able to use the app is superuseful to turn the ice maker on/off, lock the water or adjust the temperatures. Its also nice that you can put the fridge or freezer into deep chill or freeze modes if you add food that needs to get cold fast. Its very cool being able to see the common times the fridge is used, how long its open for dueing the day and the energy usage aswell as the energy savings it provides. Normal ice dispenses great and will fill up a cup very fast. The freezer ice dispenser is also fast and if you want you can turn that off and use the space for extra freezer storage.

Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator and it has honestly been one of the best upgrades for our kitchen. From the moment it was installed, we noticed how perfectly it fit into our space. The counter depth design gives the kitchen a cleaner and more modern appearance without taking up too much room or sticking out awkwardly. The stainless steel finish also looks beautiful and matches the rest of our kitchen perfectly, making the entire area feel more elegant and organized. One of the first things we noticed was how spacious the refrigerator is inside. Even though it has a sleek design on the outside, there is plenty of room for groceries, drinks, leftovers, fruits, and frozen foods. Everything that fit inside our old refrigerator fit perfectly into this one, and we still had additional space left over. The shelving layout makes it easy to organize everything and quickly find what we need. Another feature we really love is the dual auto ice maker. It makes a large amount of ice consistently throughout the day, which has been extremely convenient for our family, especially during warmer days or when guests come over. The water dispenser also works wonderfully and the water tastes fresh and clean every time. Although the refrigerator did not come with a hose, the installation process was still very simple and easy to manage. My mom has especially been enjoying this refrigerator because of how convenient, spacious, and modern it feels. Considering the quality, design, and features included, the price we paid felt like an incredible deal. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this refrigerator and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, spacious, and reliable appliance for their home.

I bought it for my wife because she was always complaining of how the old fridge didn't have enough space. Now we literally had to extra shop just to fill it up. Its very spacious and has many compartments but I truly love the veggie and fruit drawers. It has a compartment to keep everything fresh and truly appreciate Samsung putting the filter in the front making it easy to change. The fridge was cold and ready after about 2 hours of plugging in it which was impressive and I love the extra ice compartment in the bottom freezer. The water on the door comes out really cold and I appreciate the tall compartment to fill up my water bottles with ice and water. The freezer is also great and fits a good amount of meats and things so I am happy with it. I think the best part is the AI smart option letting you connect it to your phone to manage it and get the best options for the temperature and most cost efficient energy use. I love Samsung products but this is definitely one of my favorites so far.

The storage inside the refrigerator is laid out so intuitively and our family of 4 has been amazed at how much more spacious things are. The door shelves are clear and have plenty of space for all our drinks, sauces and our youngest can grab what he needs without a stool. The drawers are see through and fit all our produce easily and the small bottom drawer is perfect for everything else we have. The shelves wipe down easily and having a shelf that can be folded up when we have a tall bottle has been nice when chilling wine. The freezer drawers slide easily so our 8 year old can get his lunch box out easily each weekday. Having multiple sections that can be organized was a change from a side by side but there doesn’t seem to be any storage lost. The compartments have been easy to clean if needed with a damp cloth and is very well lit to see if anything drops. Cleaning has been a breeze and fingerprints done show up easily. Our last fridge was a “fingerprint resistant” but had to wiped down frequently which is not the case with this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. We wipe it down with a cleaning cloth once in a while and it looks new. The inside is well lit and is easily cleaned with a damp cloth as needed. I was curious how it would fit with the extra storage from our previous refrigerator but am amazed because it slid in easily. The ice started within a few hours and having a dual ice maker has been a game changer already on warmer days. The kids love having a tall water dispenser for their school water containers and I love it for iced coffee and have yet to run out of ice. If your family is one that goes through ice this is a feature you won’t regret getting. My youngest said this is the best refrigerator he has seen yet and can’t imagine getting another in our house more than once.

The adjustable shelves make it easy to fit taller items (like pitchers, or juice bottles for example), and the drawers keep produce fresh and easily accessible. I also love how bright the interior lighting is, it sounds minor, but it actually makes a difference when you're digging around for something. That said, it's not perfect. The fingerprint resistance is decent, but not amazing—especially if you've got kids or you're in and out of the fridge all day. I still find myself wiping it down more often than I expected. Also, the ice maker works fine, but it's not the fastest, so if you go through a lot of ice, you might notice that. The freezer space is pretty generous and it is nice having the ice container as well as the ice maker in door of the fridge. Overall though, I'd definitely recommend it. It's stylish, practical, and feels like a real upgrade from a standard fridge. The little annoyances are just that—little—and don't take away from how well it performs day to day.
