Absolutely no problems. I don’t know what problems others had, but I was charged the advertised price. Within 5 minutes I was sent the digital gift card. When it came to using it, it was a simple cut and paste of the card’s number into the payment via gift card box on Wayfair. The credit/value was immediately applied. The whole process from the purchase at Sam’s Club to using it on Wayfair couldn’t have been easier.

You're basically getting an additional 20% off by purchasing this gift card. A great way to save. Received the gift cards super fast and was able to access and redeem them without any problems.

I ordered two gift cards and received them within minutes. It was very easy to redeem on Wayfair.com. No issues at all! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.

It says it will allow you to buy 5 wayfair gift cards per membership but it only allowed me to buy three. Very odd. They canceled my order of the two after I already paid. 08/01/2026

I purchased a membership, and then the order got cancelled without a reason. Frustrated.

Sam’s canceled the order without a reason. I reached out to customer support and they opened a case for more than 2 weeks. Every time I tried to reached out, they promised to resolve the issue within 48 hours. They’ve never reached out to me. And much worse, they member advocate even hang up in the middle of our conversation multiple times, what’s a rude way to treat customers

After applying this gift card, due to technical issue (told my customer support), it's treated as a charge rather than credit. In other words, they actually charged my credit card more than the order amount. And it's painful to talk to their customer support team, most of them were not helpful.

Just like several other reviewers mentioned, my gift card order was canceled without any explanation. I ended up purchasing the same gift card from another site without any issues. The lack of transparency was frustrating and the overall experience was disappointing.

Good luck getting this if you have a new account. I am assuming they have an algorithm in place that simply will not allow a gift card purchase to go through for a new member, even if you have gone in store, gotten the physical membership card, whatever. Trying to reach out to support has only lead to a stonewall of a "specialized team" is working on it, after days and following up.
