It fits perfectly in our kitchen And Is a lot bigger inside than I thought, Which is perfect for our family. It cooled very quickly. The water dispenser is well placed inside the side door, the icemaker is well placed inside the freezer. So it's just regular refrigerator doors on the outside everything is easy to reach also the LED light Makes things easy to see in both refrigerator and the freezer I am very happy with our purchase and would buy this refrigerator again if I had to .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the design of this refrigerator. It has the ice make in the bottom freezer and water dispenser in the refrigerator door inside. The ice is perfectly formed and fully frozen. This was not the case with our previous Samsung as it had the ice maker in the refrigerator and water through the door. The ice maker never fully froze the ice and it frequently would freeze up requiring chipping away ice or defrosting somewhat to get ice maker to work. This design also seems to have more usable space in the refrigerator compartment.It also has a nice clean look sink it doesn’t have the ice and water dispenser through the door.

The filtration system works great. I can actually cancel my bottled water service. The freezer storage is big and the system cools the top perfectly.

I like the AI function of this fridge for keeping the temperature maintained and food items safe. The fridge fits well in the space, Thanks to its zero clearance. The wheels at the bottom allow us to move it for cleaning below and behind the fridge. The racks can be placed so as to make space for large items in the fridge. The smart things app also makes it easy to manage the fridge from anywhere. I have also added this fridge in my Google home app and gives me a single app to control all my smart appliances and devices. The water dispenser even being tall to allow lengthy bottles, however the base is not wide enough to make it stand, someone must hold it while filling. Also, water dispenser being inside is also an issue personally for me as I don’t want to keep the fridge open while water is being filled. The automatic and intelligent ice maker is a super plus. Even though the doors are sleek but still there is no auto shut function in the door. Plus, while opening either of the two top doors it seems the other door does open slightly and same feeling of door opening comes when closing the door. The doors have to be pushed hard to close rather than the auto close .I also wish that Samsung made this fridge smudge free.

It’s nice to look at, doesn’t overstimulate me with the messy ice maker and water maker in the door. My toddler cannot press the water button and make messes all over the floor like before. I am obsessed with the taller water refill station! It fits all my water bottles with ZERO issue. My kitchen layout is a little different where my fridge fits between a built in and the main door to the garage. It was a tight fit. So with it being the counter depth design, with the zero clearance doors it made it so easy to open in a tight spot in our kitchen. The layout inside is spacious and easy to organize! I do wish it had two sides that could lift up for taller bottles. I love the ice machine too, it doesn’t give out as much ice as I want but I think it’s learning our ice usage and giving us more and more daily. The smart features are there but not in your face it’s nice knowing the fridge is energy efficient and has the all around temperature control which is very cool. I do not know how it has AI Features though. There is nothing I see that is AI unless it’s in the way the fridge itself works. I have an issue with my water coming out the first few weeks and it came out very fast and not a steady stream, but hoping the filter just needs more time to clear though. Overall, it feels like a solid upgrade. Love the design, and way it fits in my builder grade space. I’m excited to post more pictures soon!

We made the right decison. One of the best features is that is runs quietly. Cools and freezes fine. Great storage, ligthing and the doors open and close smoothly no matter which door you open or close first. The freezer has plenty of room and opens and closes like a gem with the ice container on top shelf (slides), great Ice.

It is very spacious and drawers and shelves are very durable. Which is what I needed after door shelves broke off old fridge. After filling it with food I had I needed to grocery shop to add more.

It has an internal water dispenser and internal icemaker which I love because it makes the fridge look nice and sleek. There are a lot of shelves available for food storage as well as a drink drawer. There is also the ability to connect your refrigerator to Wi-Fi and the Samsung appliance app, which makes it easier to control your fridge when you are away.
