It comes with a decorative pillow as well as a pillow cover and my daughter was excited to use it, she loved it so it is approved by the toddler. It fits very well and the color are really solid. Stays like that even after wash. Don't smell at all. Easy to dry after wash.

The little spaceship pillow was a nice bonus to add to the theme! While we haven't used the reverse side, it is nice that we have that as an option.
