Product is beautiful, works well, however, does not toast evenly. Outer elements toast more than the inner ones. We have only used the unit 2X though.

So far, no issue. My one concern is when handling the Toaster, fingerprint marks are all over the toaster. It does wipe off but I thought with stainless steel, you wouldn't see the fingerprintsl

I've had the hardest time finding a good heavy duty toaster that works. this one is top rated, but feels flimsy. One of the elements didn't light up.

This toaster is not only pretty on my counter top, but it works amaizng. It perfectly toasts my waffles and toast every morning. I just love the look of it as well.

The in-store selection was not satisfactory, poor quality. Went easily on-line and am satisfied with the GE toaster which was a bit more expensive, but reasonable.

Really like the looks and quality feel of the product. Only wish it would brown better. Even set at the darkest setting, I sometimes have to put toast and english muffins back in for another round.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like it as well as my previous GE toaster which I had for about 19 years but it's sufficient. I've been a fan of GE products for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has worked great. Still learning which settings work best for my sourdough bread. It makes uniform toast.

It is a great Toaster. I love the wide slots that take anything from bread to muffins to bagels and especially love the cancel button my last toaster did not have one!

This is one of the few toasters I've found that will toast on both sides of the bread simultaneously. It does so evenly also. Have only used a few times but so far it's doing what I had hoped.
