The frozen button is an important feature to have. I also like the wide slots for larger breads such as bagels or rolls.

Toasts OK near the bottom of the toaster, but is very light near the top. This has gotten progressively worse with daily use.

I’ve used my new toaster just once, but my toast came out perfectly! Setting #4 provided me with the degree of toasting I prefer.

One side of the toast comes out darker than the other side. This is the same thing that happened with my previous toaster.
