Stopped working after 4 uses

After 4 uses, the toaster stopped working and then started smoking when we plugged it back in for use. Not impressed.

A real dissapointment

The toaster delivers inconsistent results. Although the exterior doesn't get extremely hot, it is quite warm. It is not insulated.

Great Toaster

I love this toaster! You can get large sizes of bread and bagels in it and a big variety of light to dark.
