I have an older Samsung tv in the grandkids room that is between 15-20 years old. So when I replaced the LG I went back to Samsung with the Neo QLED for my living room and bedroom and could not be happier with picture quality. Now I don't have to worry about burn in and can enjoy tv with a product I know will last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Television is super bright maintaining peak nits and HDR quality. The native contrast ratio and black levels this is where this OLED TV outshines its predecessors and their competitors. The upscaling of details is absolutely beautiful and does not break the originality of the image. The input lag for a TV this advanced and complex is only 10ms at 4K @ 120Hz, the responsiveness is stunning. The QN80HD has amazing black uniformity.

Like the Tv generally, but did not realize until after had bought it that Samsung does not support Dolby Vision, sticking to it's version of HDR10+. However, most 4K UHD Blue Ray videos only support Dolby Vision. Had I known that then, would have bought a Sony Bravia. Result of this mistake, is the quality of the video is less than what it could have been. Samsung is the only major brand not supporting Dolby Vision. So will not buy any more Samsung TV's until they support Dolby Vision. Recommend Sony, TLC or HiSense..

The brightness and color accuracy are stunning—even in a sunlit room, the picture remains incredibly vibrant, while the contrast delivers incredibly deep, rich blacks. ​The real test for me was live sports, and this TV delivers on every single front. The motion handling and refresh rate are buttery smooth, which is absolutely essential when watching fast-paced NBA matchups or tracking pitch trajectories during MLB games. The 4K clarity allows me to see every tiny detail on the court and the field, making it so much easier to follow player performance and catch all the subtle plays. It truly feels like sitting in the front row of the stadium. ​Beyond the picture quality, the setup was an absolute breeze, and the smart interface is snappy and intuitive. The sound quality straight out of the box is surprisingly robust, though it pairs perfectly with a soundbar, too. If you want a top-tier visual experience that brings your favorite entertainment to life, I cannot recommend this TV enough. It's a flawless centerpiece for any living room.

I did not give it a higher rating because the sound is not as crisp and deep as my other older sets. their is a lack of base and no way to adjust it in the menus to attempt to clean it up. I have the AI engaged to see if over time it improves but it has been a week and I don't notice a difference.

I own some nice stuff, including a 27 inch Samsung G5 gaming monitor which is literally the BEST gaming monitor on the market, especially for the price! Now this Brand New 55-inch QLED TV i bought it outstanding! It works wonder for the family at home! We are able to enjoy our movies in movie night together in beautiful 4k quality. It has amazing responsiveness, lag free latency, & amazing contrast/details in the picture. You are able to adjust the brightness & picture settings in the menu which make for an even better picture for movies or games! I would highly recommend buying either this, or virtually any other Samsung television on the market if you want a sound, product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and use even with lots of options. So many built-in features that nothing could be missing. Great picture, but keep in mind that a home setup with reflections and such will never match a showroom environment.

The picture clarity and features of this TV is exceeding our expectations. We are enjoying the large viewing are and the brightness even during the day is great.
