The product is quick and image is a great improvement over Previous models. The subscription fee for the art is a bit excessive and should definitely include a free option (not just a trial) with a optional subscription. The brightness is good but not when compared to their top tier panel (mini led or oled). Definitely a tv that leans more on the looks while delivering a bit over average performance.

I am going to be working the colors it produces are awesome in the art mode, its fantastic. in the TV mode it's very very good. the brightness using the art mode it automatically gives up and down with the volume in the room and it looks like real real artwork. also contrast and responsive. it also upscales and you don't even know it's doing it.

The picture quality is great, the anti-glare screen works well, and it looks amazing as wall art when not in use. My only issue is the mounting system. The brackets on the back have some movement, which made me think something was loose at first. Installation was also more complicated than expected with the two brackets. Overall, I’m happy with the TV, but the mounting system could be more solid and easier to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the upscalingness, TV is capable of and the responsiveness, once it has been calibrated and properly set for brightness and contrast, it's almost like liking through your own eyes into a vivid reality that you just almost can't believe. My wife and I have sat and raptured. Once we connected the soundbar by Samsung to it. We hardly leave the living room. In fact, I'm worried that I may have too many snacks close-at-hand. It's ease of use and its ability to adapt to our watching styles is truly magnificent.

Installation is harder , crew could not get it flush, power cord is thicker unlike the previous optical thin cord which prevents it from seating flush. Would definitely recommend it but hire someone who knows how to install and I hired through Samsung and they still could not get it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the 65” Frame Pro exceeded my expectations, except the quality of the optional bezel and the impossible process to receive the free one I was owed. This is my second Frame TV. I loved the first one so much, I bought another. The bezel is dramatically cheap and not even close to the price Samsung is charging for it. Very disappointing, Samsung should be embarrassed by this item considering is the TV’s namesake and should be the star of the show.
