I waited for 2 years for it to go bad and I just gave up on it. Sixteen years and the picture was still great. NO COMPLAINTS AND NO SERVICE We opted for the 77" OLED. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this was very good to use and honestly I enjoyed I thought it was very worth it. the brightness was a great feature it had good contrast in calibration . the responsiveness of the TV was average, and honestly uniformity was great overall. except I have to say something about the UI for the settings it's kind of hard to navigate and you kind of need like at least a few months to get used to it.
