I rotate through 4–6 Premier Protein flavors every month, and the Coffeehouse Mocha and Cookies %26 Cream are my absolute favorites. The Mocha is the best-tasting one by far — rich, perfectly balanced chocolate-coffee flavor with just the right amount of caffeine (about one cup of coffee). It’s smooth and satisfying without being too strong or artificial. At my local Sam’s, the only in-store option that includes Mocha is the Coffeehouse variety pack (Mocha Caramel Macchiato). I end up with the Caramel Macchiato bottles that I’m not a big fan of, so the pack isn’t as worth it for me. The regular (non-bottle/carton) Mocha packaging is only available online, which is frustrating. I really wish Sam’s would carry the pure Mocha cartons in the clubs so I wouldn’t have to order online or settle for the mixed pack. These have been a lifesaver while breastfeeding. My appetite hasn’t been huge, so the 30g of protein in something that actually tastes good has helped me keep my milk supply up. As a nice bonus, I’ve also been losing weight. When I wasn’t getting enough protein, my body held onto everything and I felt unwell — these have been the easiest way to get that balance back. Great macros, great taste, and solid value when I can get the Mocha. Please bring the regular Mocha cartons to the physical stores!
