We have been trying out this mattress topper for a couple weeks and it has been so comfortable. My husband and I both love the memory foam feel and we have been sleeping so well! The topper came out packaged in a box but quickly fluffed up after we opened it.

My granddaughter and I set up the Serta cool relief 4 inch pillow top and gel memory foam mattress topper, queen. After carefully opening the box, the instructions were very easy to understand (written in multiple languages). Carefully cutting the plastic the topper unrolled in a matter of seconds. After getting the cover, out of the second package, it easily went over the topper and under my mattress. It fit very well and is generous in size for deeper mattresses. Sleeping on it has been very comfortable and I'm finding myself not being as warm in the mornings as I usually am. The firmness seems to be just perfect. I would buy this again.

Nice memory foam mattress topper by Serta. I like that it also came with a protective mattress cover. The topper is very comfortable and gives my existing mattress an upgrade. The quality feels durable and I’ve been sleeping better at night

I've had my share of mattress toppers in my life, and some are better than others. Many don't live up to the marketing. I'm pleased to say that this Serta Cool Relief topper lived up to the claim- I'm a hot sleeper, and this memory foam topper did in fact let me sleep cooler. The setup was simple: strip your existing mattress, spread out the topper, and then cover it with the *included* mattress cover. Yes, this comes with it's own mattress cover, perfectly sized to fit the increased height of your mattress/pad combo- a very nice bonus. The dimensions of the queen topper fit my queen mattress perfectly well. The memory foam can be a bit squishy, so it might take some adjusting to get used to, but in the end a good night's rest is a real success.

The 4 inch mattress topper is amazing!! I bought my son a mattress and it was supposed to be medium however it feels firm. By putting this topper on, it has made my son's bed comfortable to sleep on and he loves it. It is easy to remove the sheet above the pillow top to wash. The sheet is super soft also making it quiet to move around on. Our last one had a crunch noise and he complained so much lol. I'm so glad this one has helped him sleep better.

This mattress topper is extremely comfortable! It is soft but not too soft if that makes sense, the topper still holds its shape. I really like that this has the gel piece and then a cover with the pillow top that can be washed in the washing machine. I was concerned the cover wouldn’t be deep enough to go over the mattress and the topper but it’s perfect. It also is like a fitted sheet and has elastic all the way around so it fits nice and snug. I’ve been laying on this and it does actually feel cooling! We currently have it in our guest room but may move it to my teenage sons room.

I added the Serta Cool Telief 4-inch pillow top and gel memory foam mattress topper to my mattress and am overall happy with it. It arrived packaged nicely with the mattress topper and cooling gel separately wrapped. It unrolled easily on to my queen mattress, it was actually a touch larger than the mattress which worked out in my favor. Once you put the cooling gel topper with the fitted sheet it was a nice fit. There was no odor which was a concern at first. Sometimes these items are accompanied with a strong odor, this had none. The thickness was good, four inches. I would say this is on a very softer side for memory foam, so if you like softer mattresses this is for you. I prefer a littler firmer and I found I melted into the mattress which can be nice when laying down, but not so nice when trying to get up. The cooling gel is very nice. I tend to run hot when I sleep and I found this is wonderful. So if you tend to run hot when laying down or sleeping this keeps things very comfortable. This holds its shape well and is easy to clean. I found after prolonged us the topper kept its shape pretty well and withstood some tossing and turning. Overall not a bad addition to my bed.

This product is firm but comfortable. I think it might just need a little time to break it in for complete comfort. It has added some height to my bed but nothing too crazy. I love the cover it comes with because it keeps it clean and add extra cushion to it.
