These fry pans are perfect! The handles do not get real hot, the surface does not stick and they are so easy to clean! The 8 inch is made for an egg or two, the 10 inch is great for larger portions. I bought the dividers and am bought new utensils. I want these to last in good shape forever!

For such a large pan it is light weight and very manageable to manipulate on the burner. The smooth surface makes it joy cooking. Enjoy the color both the outside pan as well as the inside. we are looking forward to continue use for many years to come.

Why didn’t I know about these?? The.best.pans.ever! Easy to use and easy to clean! No sticking! What?? Amazing pans and I can’t wait to purchase more of them! I got tired of buying a whole set to have them be the same or worse than my current ones! These are honestly the best pans I’ve ever used…and I’m not young! Buy them if you want easy in the kitchen!!

It’s a good size, the finish is preferred because it does not emit harmful chemicals. The small base allows me to cook on a smaller jet to control the food items that need more heat. It is so versatile - besides being a wok, you can put the entire pan in the oven. I hand wash all my Green Pan products to preserve them.

My husband wanted teflon-free cookware so I researched the best brands. The Green Pan was one of the top brands and it was reasonably priced. We are THRILLED with our purchases! Thank you for providing us a safe and healthy way to cook. It really does matter and make a difference. It's scary what's out there that is dangerous to the average consumer who is not even aware of it. My hope is that in the future the consumer will be protected more by companies like this who truly care about what products they put out.

This is a great skillet. I highly recommend it. I love the fact that I am cooking without chemicals. I am cooking pancakes right now as I type this. It is big enough that I can cook three at a time. I also use it to steam veggies, stir fry, and bake my biscuits. The cover is a huge bonus.

I bought this pan because I was looking for a good nonstick coating that doesn't chip off quickly. So far, so good. Fingers crossed that it lasts. The surprise bonus is that it heats up without needing a high flame under it. I'm not using it every day, but more frequently than I expected.

I have used a dozen different brands of"non-stick" pans in my 50 years of cooking. Each ended with scratches that left exposed metal, some with flecks of coating in the soup! No such nonsense with my Green Pans. Happy with the 8" and 10" added to my favorite 12" pan. We use these for everything!

I needed a pan that was healthy, easy to clean, cooked well, and is lightweight; this pan satisfies all of these needs very well. I would highly recommend this pan at this point. I have not had it very long, so I can not speak to its longevity at this time.

The pans are beautiful! They are wonderfully non-stick and slick and heat up and clean up quickly! And I’m thrilled they’re non-toxic for our food. That’s the main reason I bought them but all the other features became almost as important when I discovered how nice they are!
