So we tryed some homemade chicken and broccoli & it came out so good we didn't burn anything everything was perfect the skillet heated all the way through with any cold spots. Everything browned evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the GreenPan Chatham 12-inch Frypan for about a month now, and so far, I enjoy it very much. This frypan is very well made and is not too heavy. I love how it has a nonstick surface and spreads the heat evenly throughout the pan. One of my concerns was the metal handle. In the past, I had some pans where the handle warmed up along with the pan, and this is not the case with the GreenPan frypan. The handle stays cool all the time. This pan is effortless to wash, and after a month, it still looks like new. I would recommend it.

If I can turn a sunny side egg over without breakage then that pan is golden. This one rocks. It will only take time to see if the coating holds up to lots of use and cleaning.

Just a wipe with a cloth and your done! The cooking capacity is great. It cooks evenly and you really can leave your heat low to medium. This is an energy saver as well. In love with this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with my Chatham frypan. You need little to no oil to fry in it. Scrambled eggs slid right out of the pan with minimal butter. I do wish it was dishwasher safe but it cleaned with little effort.

It is 12in wide so you can cook decent amount of food at one time. It looks sleek and nice. The design is great. Color is grey and looks modern. It's made from quality material and feels sturdy. I have been cooking on this pan already a month and still looks like new. It's also easy to wash. Overall I'm very happy with this pan and I would recommend this pan to anyone who is looking for quality pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not into non-stock skillets, normally. The coating always ends up getting chipped, scratched, and can flake off into your food. No thanks. I usually stick to my heavy duty All-Clad stainless. But I thought I would try these Green Pans after a friend had one and made me an omelette. I made breaded chicken, cooked in some (not much) oil. I was aware from the instructions that it would get hot fast, and it did. The chicken cooked evenly, no burning, and then the clean up was a total breeze. No dishwasher, but it washes so easily that it took about the same effort as loading it into the dishwasher. I will treat these gently, I’m still a little nervous, but I’ve been very happy with my new pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Original Green Pan 12 inch has quickly became our go to frypan. The frypan heats quickly and evenly with the heavier gauge and anodized structure. The directions advise to use a lower heat and less oil for the maximum performance. The lower heat prevents the food or oils being burnt onto the frypan. Green Pan uses Thermolon Healthy Ceramic Nonstick coating which prevents anything sticking and makes clean up easy. Green Pan states this frypan is metal utensils safe however I still use silicone utensils to lengthen the frypan life. It is rated for oven use up to 600 degrees with the stainless steel handle and is also dishwasher safe. I do wish the frypan was a little deeper in design but overall it is a smart buy.
