It looks sleek and modern and pairs perfectly with my washer. It was able to handle large loads with ease and was impressively quiet when compared to the old one, which I really appreciate. The drying performance with its inbuilt AI component is excellent as the clothes come out dry and soft and without creasing, the AI also alerts you via the samsung smart things app to lets us know the clothes are dry and can be removed before they crease. I also loved the different drying modes that came with this dryer which made it easy to care for everything from heavy towels to delicate fabrics. The sensor drying feature is spot-on and helps save energy by stopping the cycle once everything is dry. Gone are the days with antique looking beige unites with clunky knobs and switches. This unit had luxury written all over it. The black and stainless appearance with a single large touchscreen on the front looked amazing. Probably my favorite feature of the dryer is the AI cycle. It automatically senses how much laundry in in the machine as well as how damp it is and adjusts the settings accordingly. It has a shelf that can be placed inside the dryer in order to dry things like shoes and keep them stationary. I also love that it can run a test to see if your vent has any blockages. It has an entire operating system with apps too! At first I thought this was overkill. I mean, who wants to watch Youtube or listen to Spotify on their washing machine. However, I was folding clothes one day and put a video on and I was hooked! Overall its a wonderful washer and I'd recommend to anyone.

I can now dry everything without worrying if they will lose their shape of come out looking funky since theres a drying rack included in it. the vent is super easy to clean and I do not have to do any additional vacuuming the inner most part of the dryer since the vent captures almost all it. The spotify app within this dryer is awesome since I can listen to it now with this super quiet dryer. I was able to register and control the dryer with the smart app features. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved this Dryer for how it would dry the clothes but not leave it piping hot. I feel like the clothes does get thoroughly dried and they even included a rack if you want to lay the clothes flat or even shoes. My favorite feature is the wrinkle prevention you can pressure to keep your clothes wrinkle free if you forget to take them out right away. One thing that disappointed me though after 3 uses and the first day of getting it, the door would not close. Apparently the latch got stuck and would not engage to keep the door close. Luckily it was an easy fix of taking it off and pushing it back in manually but that was just me tinkering with it and not having a manual to troubleshoot. I understand we are moving into a more technologically driven era but I still would have appreciated a physical manual for the different parts and more detailed troubleshooting occurrences. I still would recommend.
