The ink erases just enough to make corrections, if necessary. Pilot is a brand I’ve trusted for over 20 years. The craftsmanship is still top notch all of these years later.
Unique, Erasable Pen

Some of the many "pros" of these include that the ink is very easy to erase, since it's a special thermal kind that disappears after only applying a bit of friction from the top part or the pen. It's also convenient that these are refillable if you happen to run out of ink after much use. As you can see in my pictures and video, they are quite ergonomic and easy to write with, as well. I honestly do not have any dislikes or "cons" about this product and would absolutely recommend them. They are my new favorite pens! Thank you Influenster and Pilot!

However, I wouldn’t say that it erases very well. You can still see residue behind it. I have yet to find an erasable pen that erases as well as a pencil would. It takes some getting used to with the clicking downward of the pen, but it is comfortable to use overall.

It comes with an eraser which naturally doesn’t really erase the pen fully. But I’m not sure of the use of an erasable pen either, Why not just use a pencil? Either way I love the grip, weight, and feel of the pen and the little black design on it is cute! It’s a ballpoint consistency and not gel. A decent pen, but wouldn’t get this if you were planning to erase it!

I use Frixion Pens for my Rocketbook. I have to say that this one is so much smoother and easier to write with than the Fine 0.5. Writes more like a gel pen than the other ones. I love these and will be purchasing more in different colors

These are 10x better… I can’t believe I’m saying that. I am obsessed. I even shared with a coworker because she also loved them. Smooth writing, erasable, and so comfortable! I love these SO MUCH!

Nothing special, but they glide well and didn’t run into an issue with ink flow stopping. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they erased. I actually did it quite a few times and still am impressed with how much it actually erases and I was able to write over the erased area! Definitely a great tool to help teach my kid better penmanship as well!

It’s so convenient having erasable pens. I write so fast sometimes that I am prone to making mistakes, but with these pens you can just erase and start over. The ink writes smoothly and erases great, it does leave the indent from the previous writing but it’s not always noticeable. They are slowly becoming a staple at my desk.

I love writing with the pens, and they erase well. However, I used these pens to take notes at a very important meeting. When I went back to review my notes days later, my notes were gone! Heat makes the ink dissapear. I also mailed several letters using this pen and all mail came back returned because the addresses dissapeared in the heat of the mail trucks. Do not use on anything important!!!!

It erases very cleanly and is easy to retract with the clip on the front. However, when writing it feels a little dry. The ink does not come out evenly pigmented even though it feels smooth. The pen is also fairly noisy. It rattles a lot when writing and when I pick it up I can hear the pen interior mechanisms moving around.

As you can see in the video, the ink is not very saturated, and I do have to write pretty hard. They use friction to erase, so you can still see what I wrote if you look at the indentations left on the paper. Overall, pilot FriXion pens are great for my wants and needs. These are also the same brand pens that come with Rocketnotebooks, and I have one, so these are very helpful.

I've used these many times over the past decade and they are very consistent, durable, and long lasting. They are a heat sensitive ink, basically a reverse magic ink, that goes clear under high heat. The "eraser" just generates heat through friction and turns the ink clear, although it can be hard to get it hot enough on certain kinds of paper. This does mean that ANY high heat source can erase your marks, so if you leave your notes in a hot car, bye bye notes. I personally use it for marking crafts, since I can just give it a quick pass with a heat gun and all the marks disappear.

I really like the smell of it. It was very promising, it writes really smooth and I love the fact that you can erase it if you were to mess up a little bit my handwriting isn’t the best but I really like these pens and it’s good to know that if I do mess up I have the opportunity to erase it too like I would with a pencil

The easy to press retractable clip makes it simple to open and close. Comfortable to hold, I’m able to write swiftly and smoothly. The gel ink glides helping to perfect my penmanship. The fine point 0.7mm makes inputting numbers in small spaces a breeze, with no issues. If I make any mistakes, the excellent eraser removes it. Ink is refillable too! Other than official or legal documents, this is my go to pen for all things!

So glad Influenster and pilot sent some my direction. I refused to be without them when I was taking my EKG Tech class. The ink flows so nicely on paper and is easy to erase.
