Not my cup of tea

Flavor is definitely there; you’ll receive the “Dubai chocolate “ experience. There’s that great crunch of the kaitaifi which is truly what makes Dubai chocolate stand out from the rest. The pistachio cream was delicious, creamy and silky . It was well blended with the kaitaifi . If they added more kaitaifi , it would be amazing. The mousse was rich and fluffy, great texture if eaten alone but it was way too soft for the cake. It is so fluffy and light , it just couldn’t hold the thick pistachio cream and kaitaifi. The cake remained in the fridge and once it was ready to serve , the mousse started sliding down and it was a challenge trying to cut a pretty slice on a plate. If you’re ok with a blob on the plate , trust me you’ll be just fine . It’s delicious! Some people prefer room temp cake , it won’t be a pretty plate, the mousse slide down like a melting ice cream off a cone. Best served really cold. Again, it’s a delicious cake but messy.

This cake blew us away and we had very few crumbs left after our party. All of the layers worked perfectly together to create a delicious dessert. I’m not even a huge fan of Dubai chocolate desserts but this one exceeded my expectations. We kept it chilled and had no issues with the cake “melting”. Would purchase again!

Incredible balance between mousse and piped chocolate on top. Excellent combination of textures - crunchy, smooth, rich. I don't care if it's trendy it should become a staple. So good.

the very top layer with pistachio was the only edible part of this cake. Even with proper refrigeration this is not a cake you can cut, more like one you can eat with a laddle.

The taste was good but once it was cut it just fell apart. The mousse in the middle was too runny and very messy. It didn look like a slice of cake but more like a pile of slop.

Do NOT buy this cake, unless you plan to eat it while walking around Sam’s…VERY disappointed…It became a melted MESS and I’m only 15 minutes away. Flavor is good but the cake is a total disaster. If you’re just wanting to indulge and have a fat moment…Go ahead…I had to freeze it before attempting to eat it. My wife threw the entire cake away after I snuck a taste.
