I am very happy with this mattress topper! It was easy to put on the bed and I could feel the difference as soon as I lay down. It’s incredibly soft while still providing excellent cushioning and support, making my bed much more comfortable. I also really appreciate that it came with a removable cover that fit my tall mattress perfectly. The fact that the cover is machine washable is a huge plus because it’s easy to keep clean and looking fresh. Overall, this is a great quality mattress topper that has made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add extra comfort to their mattress.

My granddaughter and I set up the Serta cool relief 4 inch pillow top and gel memory foam mattress topper, queen. After carefully opening the box, the instructions were very easy to understand (written in multiple languages). Carefully cutting the plastic the topper unrolled in a matter of seconds. After getting the cover, out of the second package, it easily went over the topper and under my mattress. It fit very well and is generous in size for deeper mattresses. Sleeping on it has been very comfortable and I'm finding myself not being as warm in the mornings as I usually am. The firmness seems to be just perfect. I would buy this again.

Nice memory foam mattress topper by Serta. I like that it also came with a protective mattress cover. The topper is very comfortable and gives my existing mattress an upgrade. The quality feels durable and I've been sleeping better at night

The 4 inch mattress topper is amazing!! I bought my son a mattress and it was supposed to be medium however it feels firm. By putting this topper on, it has made my son's bed comfortable to sleep on and he loves it. It is easy to remove the sheet above the pillow top to wash. The sheet is super soft also making it quiet to move around on. Our last one had a crunch noise and he complained so much lol. I'm so glad this one has helped him sleep better.

This mattress topper is extremely comfortable! It is soft but not too soft if that makes sense, the topper still holds its shape. I really like that this has the gel piece and then a cover with the pillow top that can be washed in the washing machine. I was concerned the cover wouldn't be deep enough to go over the mattress and the topper but it's perfect. It also is like a fitted sheet and has elastic all the way around so it fits nice and snug. I've been laying on this and it does actually feel cooling! We currently have it in our guest room but may move it to my teenage sons room.

This comes in 2 separate pieces. The blue foam and the cover. It goes together easily. Doesn't slide around. Its pretty firm to sit on and it is harder to roll around on but not as bad as some. The topper should make it easy to wash unlike ones that are a solid piece and weigh 50lbs.

This memory foam topper is very nice, and the setup was easy. Compared to other brands that I have used, I feel like Serta makes a better, quality brand. It fits my son's queen size bed perfectly, and the cooling surface will be nice on hot summer nights. The mattress cover is also very nice. It is pillow top and very well made. It is also machine washable. It is very comfortable to lay on. I will have to get some new sets of sheets as the ones I currently have don't have deep enough pockets to fit over the mattress and topper.

The feel and sturdiness of the foam makes this a great pillow. We were hesitant thinking the foam would be too firm. It doesn't have much a bounce if you press with your hand as in my photo. After a few weeks of sleeping, it still feels new. Keeps my head cool and comfy. It does stay cool and if your room is cool, the pillow retains it as well. Zipper liner for easy washing.

An amazing sleeping experience when you include this product to your mattress. Long overdue and adding this on top of my existing 8 year old mattress was better than spending much more on replacing the mattress. (The Sam's store price ticket should have been replaced once the “instant savings” discount expired. However still no buyer's remorse even though the price cost $30 more.)

I would recommend everyone check their topper because the packaging states 4" yet it only measures 3". This is not 4". I had this lying on top of my mattress for 3 days to see if the foam rises further and the height is still at 3". Hmmmm.... not what is advertised.
