Hello I've always been a Samsung TV customer But this TV that I had just bought in July The sound increases with a commercials. Also do not have cable I have apps only And when I Tune in to an app I have no volume for a couple minutes. This has just started happening the last three weeks. I will be contacting your technical dept. soon.

The color is great, but the sound control on the remote is annoying. The remote is not user friendly as to turn up the volume goes to mute most of the time. There are no number so you can dial a channel in quicker, instead you have to scroll through all the channels to get what you want.

Great picture, everything great on that front. Not crazy about the menu, especially built in links to things I will never use. But the picture, as expected, is excellent. I still have 2 30 year old Samsung 19” tvs and to this day they have the best color and sound of any tvs I’ve ever owned. Samsung doesn’t disappoint!
