I bought this for emergencies. So far there hasn't been any reason to use it, but we put it together and started it. The instructions were easy to follow and all worked as it was suppose to! I don't want to have to use it, but I'm glad to have it - just in case!

After losing power for three days we bought this to hook up to our electrical panel during outages. Texas seems to be dealing with this more and more. The electrician added a plug to our electrical panel and the generator can run most of our house. Amazing and so comforting to feel prepared. Great machine, high powered, love the versatility of tri fuel, easy to use, highly recommend.

I have bought a model #WGen9500TFc generator 2 months ago. I added oil and gas and hit the remote starter fob, it started right up an hasn't missed a beat so far. This generator runs for 6-10 every third day to charge the batteries in our 5th wheel camper. I would highly recommend this generator for anyone that needs a dependable powerful generator.

We are old people and the auto start fob is wonderful I read really good reviews on it so we got it we haven’t used it yet we got it because our old generator would not start so we are waiting for a storm to hit , we are now prepared with a very easy device SOOO HAPPY !!!

I bought this generator a month ago to prepare for hurricane season in the south. This unit is so powerful and it has so many cool features. The remote start is awesome and having a battery tender is a great addition. I have this unit hooked to my house via a 50 amp inlet and a manual transfer switch. This setup is the closest and most cost effective way of controlling my home during a power outage. I am super happy about this purchase.

I purchased this unit primarily for the Tri Fuel option. Right now we have propane to heat and cook, so I plan to have a port added to hook up to the generator. I like the natural gas option too so we have that capability if we move to a location with Nat Gas. I started the unit and it powered right up. Haven't put it to any long test yet, but Im confident it will work well.

Just bought it, but it really seems to be a well built generator. Hooked it up to propane to begin with and it started right up. Does a good job of powering the house and shop. Mainly want it for lights, freezers and refrigerators and it does good for that. Bring on the bad weather....... I'm ready for you now.

This is a very solid machine, runs well on gasoline have not had a chance to try it on natural gas yet but don't expect to have any problems. My plan is to run it once a month alternating between gasoline and natural gas just to make sure its ready when and if I need it.

Finally got to test out the generator last night and was pleased with its performance. I love the fact that the generator is tri-fuel. We have it setup to run on natural gas and using the 50 amp port on the generator and an inlet switch we had installed on the house it was able to power two traditional fridge/freezers, a deep freezer, fans and lights throughout the house (5 bed/4 bath two story home), and a mini-split. The fact it has a breaker switch on the generator that’ll flip if you overtax the generator is nice to know so we don’t accidentally overload it. Just remember to flip the main breaker switch on the generator to the on position when you’re ready to use it to power your appliances/house. I forgot about this and spent 15 minutes trouble shooting before noticing the breaker switch.

My husband is on oxygen so we needed something in case of a power outage. We had natural gas and electrical ran to the side of the house where the generator is and had a transfer switch put in. The first time I started it it didn't start up right away, but after a pause it tried again on it's own and started right up (I was just getting ready to push the start button again when it did it on it's own) the remote start is a nice touch and works well. The Westinghouse WGen9500TFc works great! It ran the whole house without any issues. It gives us great peace of mind for if the power goes out. Really glad we got it.
