The generator was easy to set up and it was able to power up my 2000 sq ft home with all the appliances. The Tri-Fuel option was available at a very reasonable price compared to other generators on the market. The push start and remote start features were also very handy. Would definitely recommend this brand and model of generator.

I bought a 9500 specifically to run my pool pump in the winter in case of power outage. I hooked it up with a transfer kit and it not only runs the pool pump but 3 freezers and a refridgerator plus the heating system which is gas but it runs the fan and thermostats. Very satisfied

This generator is well packaged and everything as ease to assemble as the manual. It is a a tri-fuel options with easy to push button start instead of the old option to crane it. It is a plus that it have a remote start as well very convenient. Work great to power my whole house. We are ready for the next storm might cause us to be out of power again.

Bought this so we would have heat and could keep food from spoiling in the event of a winter storm. I used the natural gas option and the generator quickly started right up. My house was already set up for an expensive whole-home generator, but we saved thousands of dollars by going this route instead. We haven't tried the home AC, but this generator has been able to power everything else.

This was our first generator purchase after experiencing losing power for 5 days because of a hurricane. This generator is both the right size and function for my generator shed located back up power. The remote start was what caused me to buy it. The tri fuel function means I can adapt to propane if I need to. Also, the 50 AMP socket is large enough to run my entire home, and teh surge power means I don't need to be concerned with things starting at once, drawing more amps.

I purchased and when it arrived I was impressed with the overall quality and ease of set-up. I had the generator up and running in about 30 minutes. No problems staring or while running. Was looking for a Generator. Thought I would have to install a Generator for 13k since I could not pull start a portable generator. My neighbor recommended this Generator. He just bought one and loves his. Was very impressed with how well it is built. Hopefully will not need to use it often but gives me peace of mind knowing we have it!
