We bought this generator in November of 2023. We've had to use it twice due to power outages and both times it has started up and powered our whole house. Both times we ran the generator off of Natural Gas and had everything turned on except our 5 ton A/C unit. (As a side note, I have run the 5 ton A/C with the generator during testing and it did fine, but this was a mild December day in Houston, TX, not sure what happens on a hot summer day.) I am using the included 1/2" NG hose and plugging it into a 1/2 NG connection I installed for this purpose. I have ~50' of 3/4" pipe to get to the spot where I tie-in to my NG meter and it seems like there's enough gas/pressure to feed the generator. The biggest issue I have so far is the generator will NOT start up on NG fuel. I had to fill the tank with gasoline then cut over to NG and once I cut over it stays running on NG. Not sure what the issue is, but it's not the end of the world. I've done very little diagnostics and I have not contacted customer service so the issue might be a quick fix. I have gasoline on hand so it wasn't a huge problem for me. We would 100% make the same decision on purchasing this generator. I have friends who have bought 13000-15000 watt machines that are much bigger/heavier/bulkier. While big, this generator seems manageable and isn't too difficult to maneuver. The wheels are sufficient and the built seems very sturdy. It is big enough to power my whole house (2-story, 2500 sqft) so I'm very pleased. I'm only dinging the rating for the simple fact that it should work flawless right out of the box and unfortunately the NG start is flawed.

What is there NOT to love about this incredible 3 in 1 generator. I love the clean exhaust I get from propane. My old generator always gave me trouble with a clogged carburetor after several months of storage. Not a problem with the Westinghouse 9500TFc. Bring on the power outage we are ready this time.

I received this a week ago and had to get fittings for my natural gas line. Hooked it up pushed the start for two seconds and it started Immediately , glad we have this and know need to run out for liquid gas as in the pass after a hurricane. Looking forward to using it but hope that this is an insurance policy in case of a storm here in Naples Florida.

This generator did not just arrive on time, but 3 days early. The packaging was great, product was received in perfect condition. This tri fuel generator comes with a 25’ natural gas line with quick disconnects, propane regulator adaptor, motor oil, and a tool kit. Assembly was very easy, just add the wheels and 2 front stabilizers. Unit even comes with a remote start stop style key fob. Set up and start up are extremely easy. This unit was put to work immediately upon arrival as Hurricane Beryl has just destroyed the power grid in the Houston Texas area. I am excited to have this generator on standby for all my power backup needs. I will be connecting this to my homes breaker box via a generator 50 amp inlet box, however at this time I am trying to locate a 50 amp breaker, which I may not have for a few more days.

Purchased after power outage with Hurricane Beryl. Didn’t want a permanent generator next to the house. Easy to assemble and maintain. Electrician put in 50 amp inlet and lockout switch on panel. Running on NG. Works perfectly on our house to run downstairs A/C and most of the rest of our home, including refrigerators and tankless water heaters.

since i fired it up it has worked flawlessly. ive done the regular gasoline and natural gas . both very convenient and runs great. good mobility too with the handle and wheels. cant go wrong with plug options either. offers 50 amp and 30 amp. remote start etc. this is like a fully loaded vehicle.

I just opened the box for the generator 1st time setup today. The manual guide is straight forward and easy to follow. It took me about 2 hours from cutting the box to getting it running on propane gas. To be honest you would need extra pair of hands when installing the legs and wheels. Other than that everything else is easy. I’m happy with the purchase of this Westinghouse WGen9500Tfc

Purchased on 6/23/24 and I finally had the time to put it together and did a test run. Everything seems to be working well and not as noisy and I thought. Bad weather is expected to come my way tomorrow and we may loose power but hopefully not. If so, we will be ready.

This is a great generator! It can run on natural gas, Propane, or gasoline (I only use non-ethical gas to prevent problems). It fits right in the back of the truck under where the fifth wheel connects. I’m going to use it to do some pressure washing with my electric pressure washer with water pumped from the pond. Gotta get it going!

I had to wait a while for this Generator to come back in stock. But boy was it worth the wait! It started right up first time. The remote also was easy to connect and use with the Generator. I’ll be ready for the next hurricane that comes through Florida.
