Arrived well packaged and was clean and in show room condition when unpackaged. The instruction was complete and easy to follow, and the best feature is the start feature which is automatic, once you hit the start button the controller takes over and starts the generator without running the starter for excessive periods of time.

Westinghouse generators have never failed or given me any problems. Easy assembly, easy maintenance, great features, love the remote start!! Always starts on the first try! This machine is very user friendly and Westinghouse generators will always be my choice. Highly recommended!

Looking forward to many years with this generator. We went with the tri-fuel so I could leave it running at night on natural gas, and not having to mess with refueling it. The only problem I have with this generator is the very low propane/natural gas quick connect. We built a platform for it to sit in but had to cut out one section for the connection to be made.

Just purchased the Wgen9500Tfc last month. It came perfectly packaged, no issues ...and in great condition. Connected to my NG line and it cranked right up with nary a hitch or issue. Sturdy construction, smooth operation and clear instructions made this a very satisfying purchase.. Thank you, Westinghouse!

I am in the initial break in period. Not sure if 30A fuse is broken. Works so far but need to make sure the product is not defect. Also, the frame has a lot of scratches from what looks like being drag around during factory testing. See pictures for all issues.

Bought this generator about a month and half ago and we experienced our first power outage today. This generator was simple to set up and easy to use with the included instructions. First hurricane of the year was a near miss but I was SO happy that I had this generator ready to go. Setup was easy, started first try - no problem even for a senior gal. I asked for help tipping it over to get the wheels & feet on, but the rest was easy to do by myself. I was initially intimidated by the weight but it really wasn’t a problem after all. I didn’t get to use it yet… but that’s a good thing. Knowing I have it is a huge relief.

I wrote my 1st review when I first got the Generator 14 days ago. I had to wait for the Master Electrician to come and finish the setup needed. I am so Happy. Today was the day. August 21, 2024. I was able to turn it on and hear it roar. It was awesome. I am now complete.
