We selected the WGen9500TFc model to replace a B&S Storm Respnder 5500 which had been converted to tri-fuel. This upgrade will cover all the necessary loads during multi day power outages we experience here in Houston. May not be as convenient as a whole house unit but much more cost efficient. This new unit will make the next storm easier to manage. Three year warranty is a bonus for peace of mind.

I bought the Tri-fuel 13k Watt portable generator a week after Hurricane Berryl came through Houston and left me and my family without power for 6 days. So happy I did. After having electrician and plumber come out, I tested the generator. Wow! Able to run my entire house from natural gas line hookup with no issues. For reference, I have approximately 1900 sq/ft home, gas appliances, and one central AC unit. Very happy my family and I will have peace of mind for any future power outages.

Just got my WGen9500TFc and got pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up. Build quality jumps at you when looking at it as well as the accessories and parts included. The wheels have double wheel bearings. It also comes with a remote start and both, the propane line and 25' line for NG.

This seems to be a good generator but I haven't run it much yet, it's for back up home power as I live in Florida (hurricanes/ FPL screw ups Etc). I do wish it had at least a 8 gal gas tank if not bigger. The 6.6 gal it comes with is more for a 5000/6000 size generator

I bought this generator as I am upgrading my house to 200 Amp service and want to run more circuits than I could with my previous smaller generator. I wanted the option to run a Natural Gas generator so I don't need to keep filling a gas tank during prolonged outages and this unit fits the bill. It was easy to assemble and the owners manual and included items are a plus. Also the remote battery start is a real convenience.

I have been using a gas generator for years that I converted to natural gas about 2 years ago. Much better than gasoline, but it was old, and my wife could not pull the cord to start if I wasn't around. With this new Tri-Fuel generator, I simply turn the switch to natural gas, and either push the button on the unit, or let my smiling wife use the key FOB to start it up. Looking forward to the next storm!!!!

Don't bother giving a review for the free gift. Fine prints says while supplies last. I guess they ran out many months ago if they had any to start with. Just another gimmick to get over inflated reviews for their products. Save your effort and skip the reviews.

Bought this generator since a while home generator was out of the question due to space concerns. Decided on the Westinghouse tri fuel generator for the flexibility of usage. Hooking it up was straight forward, fired right up! It’ll be nice to have a peace of mind during severe weather and in the event of a prolonged outage.

After Helene knocked out power out for a week it became evident we would need an upgrade in the generator department. I have owned the duel fuel model for about two years for business purposes and have been satisfied with it's reliability and performance, so buying another for personal use was an easy decision.

My husband purchased this generator a week ago. He was impressed with the packaging, attention to detail, and overall thought put into it. It included items such as a troubleshooting chart, tools to assemble the tires, and the schematics were included in the manual.
