Easy to set up and start. Only ran it once so it’s hard to judge the long term performance. Documentation provided is done nicely.

It is compact and solid

Day 6.  So far everything has ran smooth.  Runs our fridges x2, 2 ton ac, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fans, lights...

Push button start..anyone can start it.

I bought this six days ago and it ran great for one day then stalled out and haven’t been able to get it started sense, probably something simple I’m sure.

Left me in the cold

I bought this when we had the ice storm at the end of January. Within a few hours of returning home with this generator our power went out and stayed off for over 77 hours.  This thing was a life saver.  At the time we didn't even have all the proper cables to get the full power this generator is capable of so we were only running on the 4 x 120 outlets.  Wasn't the greatest situation but that was my fault for not realizing to get all the power available, I would need to use the 30A and/or the 50A outlets as well.  I have since purchased the needed adapters so I am prepared for future outages.  During this outage a full tank of gas was lasting about 11 hours give or take.  I like the 3 ways to start the generator. The manual pull is very easy.  The remote start is an awesome feature I didn't know I wanted until I started researching.  I used gasoline for this outage but it is good to know that it can also run on propane and NG if needed.
