This is clearly a well-built generator with several features that others do not offer at this price point. After unpacking and connecting the battery, I proceeded to test run the generator. I had a propane tank nearby so I connected to the propane, moved the tri-fuel selector switch to propane, pushed the start button on the key fob and viola!!! starting right away without any issues. I would say that so far I am thrilled to have this very nice piece of equipment! I plan on wiring my house to utilize the 50 amp circuit on the generator, therefore I should be able to get the most from this generator. I'm excited to use it for power back up, but hope I don't have to use it(if that makes sense).

Purchased after Hurricane Helene left me without power for 10 days. I have natural gas at my home, and a requirement was to be able to run exclusively on natural gas - to avoid daily trips to find gasoline or propane. Had a licensed gas-fitter run a line for hookup. Initially had a hard time starting; eventually it worked itself out. I may never need it again - but I am prepared!

The generator arrived in perfect condition. Documentation that came with it is impressive as it covers everything you need to know with detail. Start up was easy. It fired right up and ran like a champion. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend it!

I needed a generator that could provide emergency power when we experience power outages. I wanted a generator that had high power output and was easy to start. It fit the bill and I love that it can use three different fuel types. It is not quiet but that was not a criteria that I needed. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

Bought this about a month ago with the intentions of using it primarily for backup power supply. I would have left 5stars but have not had the chance to use it. This item has all the features and capabilities that I was looking for in a generator at this price.

Received my WGen9500TFc Generator today and First impression was a WOW factor! I didnt need to read the assembly instructions as a cave man can put this together in less than 30 minutes :) Plugged in my propane tank and it started smooth and was purring like a kitten with no hesitation! I will be connecting to Natural gas once i finish installing line and have plenty of gasoline as a back up if we sustain an EMP attack and the whole power grid goes down LOL but all aside I am extremely pleased with the durability of this unit along with the multiple options to run this bad boy! Thank you Westinghouse for a Job well done!

I really wanted the natural gas option. I have been hit by multiple hurricanes including Katrina (no power for 6 weeks). Finding gas after a hurricane is a nightmare but I always had natural gas. Now I won't have to worry about stock piling or trying to find gas for the next hurricane.

Don't know what else you could ask for in a portable generator. Ordered on a Friday morning and received it Tuesday afternoon. Less than 3 working days. READ the instructions, put the oil in it, a couple gallons of gas, checked start up procedure, pushed the start button and it immediately started and purred like a kitten. Have another Westinghouse for 2 years with no issues. Great features. Excellent all the way around. Less than 15 minutes to uncrate and assemble feet and wheels.

We've had an on-demand propane generator where we used to live, but thought that expenses wasn't needed in our new house. We still wanted to have a plan if we had a bad storm that knocked out the power for an extended period of time. We haven't needed to use it yet, but when I tested it, it started with the natural gas hookup on the second push of the started button - probably just need the time to get the gas into the system.

We did not open the generator for several months after we bought it until we actually needed it. We had a small broken piece on the propane quick connect. Support answered the phone right away and was exceptionally helpful!! We are very pleased with our generator thus far!
