We got these for our granddaughter to get more protein. She loves them and the extra protein is a huge plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really good!! It has a a somewhat sharp but not too sharp cheddar flavor but without the smell. It is very creamy and delicious and pairs well woth some crackers. I do say that it feels as if a lot more digestive movement happens a couple hours after the snack. It is a bit on the pricier side but you are definitely paying for quality, at least thats what it feels and seems like.

Idk if 5g of protein is worth the gross after taste 😭 lol I can usually get past it with protein/ probiotics but I just couldn't with these. Will stick to the regular ones, same amount of protein in those
