I’ve been wearing these pants while doing yard work and found them to be very comfortable and breathable due to the lightweight material. They also seem to be water resistant as well. I also like how they’re stretchable as it adds to the overall comfort when working outside. Being khakis I can throw on a nice shirt and wear them for date night or business casual meetings as well. Over all I’m very satisfied with these pants along with functionality of the pockets. I will definitely be getting more.

I love the fit and feel of these pants. I ordered my correct size and they were true to size. The length was perfect. They are easy to maintain. Just wash and fold. No ironing needed. Love the tech chino pants. I will buy more in all other colors. Love the way they flex with you when you bend. I work outdoors a lot and rain sometimes is an issue. These are waterproof. And the tech pocket holds my phone safely with the zipper securing it. There is a nice elastic pocket waistband to stretch with you as you move. Love this khaki color. I told all my coworkers about them. Love the stitched embroidered logo over the pocket. Very nice pants

My fiancé is 5'9 and 240lbs, and the 34x30 fits him perfectly. They do feel breathable, and he likes that they're stretchable. As for quality, I noticed a few areas where the seams were messy, and the pockets were inconsistent. Besides that, they're nice looking chinos, and would recommend if they're marked as affordable pants.

I love almost everything about these pants! They are a good fit, and the material has enough stretch to make everything super comfortable. The elastic waistband is a huge help, and there are plenty of pockets for anything you would want. My only complaint is that the material is so loud - they seriously sound like snow pants whenever I walk anywhere. But other than that, they are comfy, they look great, and they are versatile.

The Eddie Bauer Men’s Tech Chino Pants are very comfortable and stretchy. There are a lot of pockets for people who carry around a lot of things. They do come pretty long so I would recommend getting them fitted.
