[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this refrigerator is working wonderfully! It does not have water and ice in the door, which is where we heard most failures occur. It has great reviews and we are happy with it. The only thing is that we had to download the app on our phone in order to have it actually work. I'm sure there is a war around for this, but older people or people who are tech challenged may struggle with this.

With no visible ice or water dispenser make it look so sleek and high end, and it fit our space perfectly with their zero clearance design. The inside water dispenser is great for keeping the outside looking modern and uncluttered. Also keeps little hands away and it seems more sanitary. It's spacious and feels very pretty well laid out. My only complaint is that the stainless finish does scratch easier than I expected, so you do have to be a little careful with it. Overall, very happy with it. Great addition to our home!! Another thing I love is the freezer handle. It moves with you and makes it so much easier to open. It's an underrated feature that I love.

We replaced a Samsung side by side fridge that came with our house when we bought it - the manufacture date was 2008! 18 years and was still running fine, but a few glitches were starting to happen with ice maker and water dispenser. Plus, we wanted to upgrade the sphere ice. I was sold on Samsung. What appliance lasts 18 years anymore? I hope this one is just as reliable.

The double doors are spacious and perfect fornthe clean and clear look, if thats what youre into. They are also perfect for hanging artwork from all my children! The hidden water feature inside the doors leaves room for more pictures and eliminates the possibility of water splashing on pictures or all across the kitchen. The refrigerator is versatile and perfect for our large family. "Fridge Jenga" is something we are very accustomed to, having a fridge with shelves that can move is very accommodating for us as we like to buy bulk. Having the option for an ice maker in the freezer and not in the fridge while keeping the water feature leaves so much more space that we desperately need. I love the functionality and ease of installation of this refrigerator. Very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for over a month now and it has already made a huge impact in our day to day! It's nice to look at, doesn't overstimulate me with the messy ice maker and water maker in the door. My toddler cannot press the water button and make messes all over the floor like before. I am obsessed with the taller water refill station! It fits all my water bottles with ZERO issue. My kitchen layout is a little different where my fridge fits between a built in and the main door to the garage. It was a tight fit. So with it being the counter depth design, with the zero clearance doors it made it so easy to open in a tight spot in our kitchen. The layout inside is spacious and easy to organize! I do wish it had two sides that could lift up for taller bottles. I love the ice machine too, it doesn't give out as much ice as I want but I think it's learning our ice usage and giving us more and more daily. The smart features are there but not in your face it's nice knowing the fridge is energy efficient and has the all around temperature control which is very cool. I do not know how it has AI Features though. There is nothing I see that is AI unless it's in the way the fridge itself works. I have an issue with my water coming out the first few weeks and it came out very fast and not a steady stream, but hoping the filter just needs more time to clear though. Overall, it feels like a solid upgrade. Love the design, and way it fits in my builder grade space. I'm excited to post more pictures soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stripped back model. Ice in the freezer, should be better at production. Water on the inside of the door at the front is more handy than the inside wall of the fridge. Unfortunately, there is nothing to catch overflow or kids using it and not being as coordinated filling a cup. The pitcher version in the door would be a great improvement. The middle shelf isn't as sturdy, would have been better as a solid shelf. The zero clearance doors are the best invention and it's too bad not all fridge companies are not doing it. We have a wall against the left side of our fridge and now have no problem getting into our drawers to reach things now! Overall, it will accomplish what we need, hopefully with less bells and whistles it will be less to break down as quickly.

In less than two years the ice maker(s) and the auto water refill stopped working. Looks great, performs like crap. Have the matching dishwasher, and it's equally as bad. I will never buy another Samsung product. Steer clear, buyers.
