My husband's hearing isn't awful, but just needed a little boost (especially for my voice which falls outside of his "easily heard" range). These small aids provide him a significant improvement in hearing. They come with a few challenges, but after using them for a month, we are both very pleased with them as an affordable stepping stone as we decide what comes next.

Had these a week, left one doesn’t hold a charge very long, turns off constantly. Tried emailing the address listed in the owners manual, no response. Looked up the website, called the number listed, twice, left messages both times. Still nothing.
