I was honestly surprised by how much I liked this pressure washer. All parts of Sun Joe were securely packaged. Product assembly took no more than 5 minutes with no extra tools required outside of a screwdriver to secure the handle. The user manual was easy to follow along and accurately depicts and describes the product. Functions and features are clearly explained in the manual as well. My favorite part of the product was the lightweight nature of the product, and the 4 different nozzle types, which allowed me to clean various parts of my home ranging from the windows to the pavement to even my car! The pressure provided by the unit allowed me to clean the mildew, dirt, and calcium buildup off too!

This is an excellent unit for the price. The Good: For the price it is a nice and powerful unit. You get the specs described. It is small but still rolls. This unit is also quiet. This unit is excellent for vehicle detailing. The Bad: So no surprise the hose, gun, and attachments are terrible. At this price however - I would expect that and always get my own attachments, couplers, and accessories. The reason I knocked off a star is because the quick connect coupler is a very odd and unique attachment. You cannot buy it ANYWHERE - I tried. So had to use the lousy hose provided and couple that to the hose of my choice with an m22 to m22 male on both ends coupler. Once I accomplished that I was happy with the unit. It is an upgrade to a louder and less powerful unit that failed before it.
