Had to return this. It would not grind a flavoured coffee. Possibly this was due to whatever is used to flavour the coffee although this was a popular brand. The grinder clogged and would not grind. I have no problem grinding the same coffee with the smaller coffee mill so it is apparently something specific to the larger grinder’s design. I was surprised and disappointed at this.

Purchased this coffee grinder one month ago only used it once and grounded up too much coffee. After using a small coffee grinder that was hard to clean this one is unbelievable, you can grind up a couple of days worth of coffee in just a few minutes, cleaned and have it back on the shelf in less time than the old one took to grind.

This is the third one I've had. Each one lasts a number of years and then dies. It is easy to use and meets my needs as a grinder, so I always buy the same model instead of taking my chances with a different model. I suspect that others feel the same way because the same model is always available.

I got this to replace identical model with hat I had used for over 4 years. This one never worked properly. The sound sounded like my old dishes it got clogged. Also using the same settings it ground 50%less than my original grinder. It clogged up on every use. I am using same beans that I have used for many years so that is not the cause. I ended up returning after a week as defective and replaced with a different brand

I like strong coffee, brewed from fine grounds. While I'm not sure this is the perfect grinder, for the price it certainly does the job and stores around a week's worth of coffee grounds for me at a time. It's been easy to use so far. It's not a big counter hog, so the footprint is pretty easy to deal with compared to having a separate coffee grinder and canisters to empty the older style blade grinder into. This one contains it all in one unit. While I wish the reservoir and attached canister were a little larger, I cannot complain about having to fill the bean reservoir once every couple of weeks compared to how I used to have to grind my coffee, and try to get it into my canisters from the grinder without making a mess. IT IS NOT A CONICAL BURR GRINDER. It's a flat grinder. That might make a difference to some folks trying to make a decision about what they are buying.

I purchased this model because of the features it offered over similarly priced grinders. I used it on the weekends to grind for the upcoming week. After just a few weeks of use, it stopped working. Prior to it malfunctioning and not powering on, it worked great. Disappointed in the durability and length of time the product lasted.

I really like burr mill grinders and was very excited to get a new one. I read the instruction, had my coffee pot all ready to go, and the grinder did not work. It's very disappointing to buy something brand new and it doesn't work. I can't go and return things because I'm basically bed bound and I don't drive, so now I have this just sitting in my closet in the box it came in, I even registered my product. Very sad...

It’s easy to use and comes with instructions on how to grind the beans. The detachable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack only) which is a plus. The only downside it’s the container, after opening the lid to scoop the coffee it makes a little mess. Other than the product works great and would recommend it to someone who’s looking to purchase a grinder for around that price.

Works very well, a multitude of different levels for grinding from very fine to coarse grind. Easy to clean up and does the job. I am not a coffee drinker buy my spouse is so he is enjoying trying different types of beans and learning the differences in taste baste on blend and the way it is groung. Customer service is great!!

I used to use preground coffee until I received this burr grinder as a gift. Now I look forward, even more, to my morning and evening coffee. I like the easy was it has to choose the right grind for whichever method of coffee you use. It also is east to clean . Highly recommend this grinder.
