I like my new coffee grinder. It’s attractive and it gets the job done. I like the large capacity which means I don’t have to grind every day or every other day for that matter. I grind my beans into a fairly fine grain, and I get some very concentrated rich Colombian brew. The only things I can say that aren’t perfect would be that it’s not very fast in it’s grinding process, but I do grind fine. Also, it is a little bit messy and you will lose some grain’s when you transfer out of the machine. It is a little on the loud side but I expected that. Overall, I am happy with it and would recommend it. Fingers crossed for longevity. Enjoy!

I drink regular coffee and don't make espresso at home so this coffee grinder meets my needs just fine. I love that it stores a good amount of beans so I can just hit the button to grind when I get up in the morning. The only big gripe I have about the grinder is the grounds bin as it is made of plastic and has bad static which causes lots of grounds to stick to the inside of it.

This unit is okay, but it is hard to select the number of cups because the numbers are hard to see and there are soooo many of them, and seems odd to think of needing 18 cups. It is very noisy (noiser than it's older cuisinart grinder). Also, the problem of clinging to the sides of the clear plastic receiver has not been improved from the original.

Purchased this coffee grinder one month ago only used it once and grounded up too much coffee. After using a small coffee grinder that was hard to clean this one is unbelievable, you can grind up a couple of days worth of coffee in just a few minutes, cleaned and have it back on the shelf in less time than the old one took to grind.

Using a burr grinder is a new experience for me, still getting used to it after using a blade grinder for almost 20 years. I LOVE that it automatically grinds coffee beans to the perfect consistency, and my coffee is so much more flavorful and smooth-tasting. It is really quite simple to operate. Cleaning the grinder however has been more of a challenge. Luckily I have found a couple of online videos individuals have posted demonstrating good ways to clean this particular grinder. If Cuisinart has a similar video, that would be awesome. Very pleased with the grinder's function, but I'm hoping I get the hang of cleaning it more easily.

Great solid product. However I purchased this strictly for a coarse grind for my cold brew. It does a decent job however I feel that the grind is not course enough and it produces a lot “grind dust” which I have to sift out to make my cold brew less gritty. In fact I get a better coarse grind and less dust doing a pulse grind using my ninja blender. Otherwise the product itself is pretty good aesthetically.

Just an awful device. the grinding is extremely loud and whiny, and unless you fill up the grinder all the waythe beans constantly jump out of the grinder, making it harder to effectively dose how much coffee you want per grinding session as you're required to fill it up more than you want, and the cup slider is very inconsistent as well. the way the grounds are shot into the container is messy and hard to clear out as well, I'll be replacing this device and throwing it in the garbage soon as i can.

I bought this a few months ago mainly due to the compact size and the overall price. I wanted an automatic burr grinder that would give me the right consistency for what I was brewing. It can be a bit difficult to clean and is a bit loud, but overall I am very happy with it and it does a great job grinding whole coffee beans (especially for espresso).

About 10 years ago I bought this model grinder. It worked perfectly until last year. I coaxed it along until I couldn’t run it anymore. So after looking at several other manufacturers, I decided to stick with what has worked for me so well for so long. The only complaint that I could possibly have is how loud it can be. But considering what it is and what it does, it’s reasonable.
