I previously owned the Cuisinart Touchscreen Burr Grinder, but after a few years of use, the beans kept getting stuck in the hopper and the grinder would continue to operate with a loud and high pitched whirring noise. I bought the Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill hoping that the issue would not resurface, but within 2 weeks of use it is having the same issue. I have to pick up and shake my machine while it is grinding to keep the beans feeding into the grinder and to prevent the awful noise.

I had high expectations for this premium coffee grinder, especially given its price tag and upscale marketing — but after several weeks of use, I’m honestly disappointed. Even after careful adjustments; Inconsistent grind size and too much fine powder. Instead of a clean spectrum from coarse to fine, I ended up with a mix of chunky bits and very fine particles which makes a very bitter, sediment-filled brew. I can't recommend this for anyone serious about quality.

This coffee grinder is a great addition to your coffee setup. It’s easy to use and allows you to adjust the scales to your precise needs. The container is leak-proof, which is a plus. The voice is a bit loud, but it’s not distracting. Overall, I’m impressed with this grinder and it’s definitely going to elevate my coffee experience.

Considering the price, this has been great!. Multiple settings, decent grind. Took one star off because its really loud (not necessarily unexpected for a grinder), and I tend to spill some every time I pull the canister out to put it into my filter. Overall its a really good purchase though, and I would purchase it again.

Fast grinder, and keeps flavor well from beans. It is quite loud. I wish it had one more grinding size larger but I wouldn’t use it often on that setting. The dust gathers in corners easily, can make a mess. The electrostatic in the container can cause a mess too. I would buy this again if given the same choices. Quality and cost, none compare.

I’m not sure where to start, Grinds by cup, not by seconds. Complete static cling happens with the grounds. The grounds scatter everywhere when you open up the reservoir. There are more grounds on the kitchen counter than there are for the coffee maker. It’s very loud. Not worth the money. I’m going to try and return.

I have always loved expresso ground coffee , and for the last 20 years I have tried several different grinders over the years made by different companies and the results were all the same ,when it came to grinding the beans on an espresso or Turkish setting, all the units stalled or jammed ,and needed teardown and cleaning with each batch of beans . However the Cusinart grinder is a very strong and efficient product! It walks thru a pound of oily beans on espresso grinder setting like it's competitors do on extra coarse. This is what I call an espresso lovers best friend.

I have a manual burr mill and this automatic one is nice upgrade. I like the amount of grind size options. The static it creates in the coffee grounds container is a slight downside. The fresh grounds jump out of the container due to what I assume are electromagnetic forces creating a mess after each use.

The Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill worked well and easily as far as setting the coffee grind size and worked through a whole bag of beans. I think it must be designed for one or two coffee portions as the container that holds the grinds is small. Having used less expensive grinders, they seem to stop working after a few passes due to the small coffee partials. I was pleased with the performance verse price.

Bought this burr grinder the day after Christmas to replace a different brand that gave up after many years. It works. The minus star is for the extreme loudness of operation. It’s also odd that the hopper is so large. Four scoops of beans for a very large pot barely make a dent in its capacity. Yet putting the run time at the max setting doesn’t chew them all up, and i need a second go, if shorter. Durability remains to be seen.
